DC League of Super Pets Is Charming

Hi Everyone,

Tonight's stream ended at 2 AM, as we featured DC League of Super Pets: The Adventures of Krypto and Ace (and  yes that's the full title). I didn't know what to expect but I wasn't expecting a rail shooter involving flying dogs shooting lasers at robots while putting together pet adoptions. This was a real charming game, while real repetitive, it does provide a fair challenge for younger gamers, but for those who can pick up on patterns or have just average reflexes.

Visually, DC League of Super Pets is clearly a budget title, and the music is rather mundane, but where this game shines in its presentation is with the voice acting, as everyone who provides the voices for the six main characters (Ace, Krypto, PB, Chip, Merton and Lex Luthor) all sound invested. During the levels, Ace and Kryptro's dialog does get repetitive, but it is what it is)

There are only 15 levels with several side levels that unlock, and this game does have replay value, as the Pet Adoption gimmick is quite cute in trying to get perfect matches every single time, not to mention there is one achievement that involves getting through a level without destroying anything... (I didn't get that achievement for the record, but got every other one). I would say if you have a younger gamer in the family, DC League of Super Pets is perfect for them.

Now we also did some Street Fighter 6 things, mostly in the Battle Hub, playing as Cammy... and we lost more than we won, but I think I figured out some basic things as Cammy that I can do.

DC League of Super-Pets: The Adventures of Krypto and Ace Achievements

  • Safe and Sound: Finish a level with at least 85 percent health
  • Happy Home: Complete your First Adoption
  • Slithery Situation: Defeat the SnakeBot
  • Guardian I: Fill Chips Safety Meter
  • Max Health: Fully Upgrade your Health Meter
  • Lanterns Light: Fully Upgrade Energy Twin
  • Super Duper Dog: Achieve a Doggo Rating
  • Max Stamina: Fully Upgrade your Stamina Meter
  • Tangled Trouble: Defeat the OctoBot
  • Guardian II: Fill Mertons Safety Meter
  • Canine Conduit: Fully Upgrade Dodge Force
  • Goddess of Olympus: Fully Upgrade Amazon Resistance
  • Luthor Lock Up: Defeat Lex Luthor
  • Guardian III: Fill PBs Safety Meter

For the raid we dropped in on LadyTwoSocks who was playing PUBG: Battlegrounds over on twitch.tv/ladytwosocks, we used to do duets with them back in the Twitch Sings era!

Grinded out a few ranked matches in Overwatch on the PC version, telling folks that I don't care if I win or lose, then going all out.

Big news, my cousin Frances will be joining us on an upcoming Saturday stream! We're looking at July 8th, and more than likely we're going to mess around with stuff on the Nintendo Switch.

We had solid night of work, getting two interviews, but they were unbelievably long. But I got word that because of the July 4th holiday we'll be off Friday, Monday and Tuesday.

Our next stream on Friday night will feature Beyond Two Souls, as we'll look to finish it, and since we're going to finish it, we might pair it with something else depending on how long it takes. The stream will also have an early start time as well. Not sure exactly when yet.

So on that note we'll see you over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

Chris's Campaign In RE6 is Very Action Heavy!

Hi Everyone,

Tonight's stream ended at around 1:45 AM, and we opened with Resident Evil 6, playing with Iceman we finally started Chris's campaign, knocking out the first two chapters with various shenanigans along the way. Chris's campaign is certainly a lot closer to being a Gears of War game with how action heavy it is, but the lack of a cover system certainly makes it interesting, and it wastes no time in being very over the top. From a story narrative, Chris' campaign is fully focused on him having some PTSD, with the second chapter being a flash back to him losing most of his squad. Speaking of that, so far we've had squad mates for the majority of the first two chapters, really giving the Gears of War vibe.

It will be interesting if we can knock out chapters three and four next week, because we really flew through the first two chapters.. .granted we had some deaths and had to figure out how to get through some action set pieces. Oddly enough there aren't any puzzles, which certainly helps in getting through things!

After Iceman had to go, we loaded up Forza Horizon 5 to knock out a few things, I've been playing it casually off stream the past few days, so it's basically it is a throw too game. And considering the late night streams because of work, it's easier to play it than Fall Guys!

 Resident Evil 6 Achievements

  • Rescue the Hostages: Complete Chapter 1 in Chris' campaign.
  • Finish What You Start: Perform a coup de grĂ¢ce on ten enemies.
  • Tragedy in Europe: Complete Chapter 2 in Chris' campaign.

Forza Horizon 5 Achievements

  • AWDyssey: Build the Horizon Wilds outpost
  • There’s Always Money in the Baja Stand: Build the Horizon Baja outpost

For the raid we dropped in on maximilian_dood who was playing Sonic Origins over on twitch.tv/maximilian_dood

Work was aright getting one complete interview, which made me feel productive.

Got a new office chair, as I want to have the recliner for guests when they are hanging out with my on stream. I have to hook up the backrest to the arms because the chair has some weird instructions.

Did a bunch o yard work yesterday morning, and I really need to look into a permanent solution to dealing with grass and other plant life. My Uncle Freddy says get a bunch of weed killer.

Our next stream for Thursday night will begin at 9:30 PM and we'll lead off with DC League of Super Pets: The Adventures of Krypto and Ace. From what I understand it will be a short, so we can pair it with Street Fighter 6 and do some head to head matches.

So we'll see you next time over on twitch.tv/fredcasden!

Ok... Terminator Resistance actually gets good in its second half

Hi everyone,

Tonight's stream ended at about 1:30 AM, and I actually could have gone longer, but I want to make sure I have a lot to do in-game next time I feature Terminator: Resistance. As you can tell by the title of this blog, I have a lot more of a positive outlook on Terminator: Resistance. While stealth is certainly encouraged, the face the game has a lot more action set pieces and different approaches on how to handle various circumstances starting with everything after the return to Pasadena makes me think that this game had a lot of potential.

I still stand by what I say that Terminator: Resistance is a mediocre game, but seeing all the ideas that it has combined with my haphazard play style makes me realize that if the developers were either given more time gave more room for players to maneuver then this could've been a huge game on par with the best modern first-person shooters.

Oddly enough, this is going to be a game we'll be able to get all the achievements all, because after tonight's stream, there are only two left and they are both story related. And we should be able to finish the game next time we play it, which is slated for Monday, as we're in the middle of Chapter 20, and there are only 28 Chapters left. If I focus on just the main story and ignore any side quests, it'll be a breeze, but I am trying to get all the skills unlocked.

Terminator Resistance Achievements

  • Still Counts as One: Destroy the T-47 that occupies Pasadena.
  • No Hope: Open the unlockable door in Pasadena.
  • The Tide Is Turning: Escape Downtown with Alvin.
  • Fool Me Once...: Destroy the Infiltrator.
  • Turn Up the Radio: Use Ryan’s boombox to annoy Alvin.

For the raid we dropped in on misscammi316 who was playing Smite over on twitch.tv/misscammi316

Oh and speaking of Monday, because of the July 4th Holiday, my job has us off on Monday and Tuesday, so I take a hit in the wallet because of the lack of work, but we'll be able to start both streams early on those days.

And speaking of work, today it was rather blah, as the thunderstorms knocked out my power for a few minutes... so I lost some time there. Doesn't help the current assignment has a mandatory intro that needs to be read, which with my approach doesn't do me any favors... not to mention, we're told it's a 20-25 minute interview, but apparently it's actually 60 minutes for a completion. Ugh.

Got the outline for the next short story planned out, it is a modern WWE one which I'm not looking forward to writing but I'll soldier through it.

Our next scheduled stream is for Wednesday night at 9:30 PM Eastern, with the plan once again to start the Chris campaign in Resident Evil 6 with Iceman. Lets see if that happens this week!

So we'll see you then, over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

Terminator Resistance Is Perfectly Mediocre

Hi Everyone,

Tonight's stream certainly ran long ending at 2 AM, which was longer than I expected but Terminator Resistance proved to be a mediocre game that was just interesting enough to see if I could get further than I did, as I knocked out about 10 and a half chapters, and there are 28 chapters in the game (from near as I can tell). The game does look good, but it's fairly straight forward. There is a nice progression to the story, but all the sneaking around goes against everything I normally do when playing most FPS.

Now of course we're playing it on the lowest possible difficulty to give ourselves the best chance of actually making it through the game while doing as many of the side quests as possible, and let me  tell ya, I would not stand a chance playing on Normal, there are too many variables and  keeping an eye out for the enemies is rather  tough since it impedes how quickly you can move.

I do like the few references there are to the Terminator films, such as being able to name a dog Max or Wolfie, and the entire story being based around the early infiltrator units is interesting.  I could do without the lock picking gimmick, as it reminds me too much of Fallout 76!

Terminator Resistance Achievements

  • Close Call: Escape from Pasadena with other survivors.
  • Journalist: Find a note.
  • Handyman: Successfully craft 5 items.
  • Not a Mission Priority: Complete a side objective.
  • Easy Money: Successfully open 10 locks.
  • Helping Hand: Successfully hack a Turret.
  • Taste of Your Own Medicine: Get an enemy killed by a hacked Turret.
  • Contact: Make contact with the imprisoned Resistance Soldiers.
  • Hasta la vista, baby: Destroy your first T-800.
  • Coming Home: Find the South Division’s Resistance Shelter.
  • Tinker: Upgrade your weapon.
  • Researcher: Take at least a ‘good’ photo of an enemy.
  • Hacker: Successfully hack 10 devices.
  • Blackout: Destroy a Skynet Outpost.
  • Priority to Me!: Complete 5 side objectives.
  • Efficient Killer: Kill a Terminator using a Termination Knife.
  • It’s a bird...: Destroy T-800 Flamethrower by shooting its fuel tank.
  • Historian: Find 10 notes.

For the raid we dropped in on SweetLindir who was playing Paladins over at twitch.tv/sweetlindir

I accidentally deleted all of the Plays of the Game for Overwatch this month... now you might think they go to my PC's recycling bin, but I do the Crtl-Del.. DAMN!

Finished the Mass Effect short story commission finally... it was really a disjointed mess by the time I finished.

Out next stream on Tuesday night will be at at 9:30 PM Eastern and we'll continue Terminator: Resistance, with my first goal being to take down a massive enemy so I don't have to worry about behind stepped on

So we'll see you then over on twitch.tv/fredcasden!

In Overwatch 2: I Will Not Heal Teammates Who Play Stupidly

 Hi everyone,

Tonight's stream ended at about 11:45 PM, and it was wall to wall Overwatch 2... and let me address the title of this blog, because as someone who has spent probably 50% of my time in Overwatch playing the Support role I know my job is to supply heals to the team, but I will not heal teammates if I see them doing some incredibly stupid things,  like diving as Genji into a Reinhardt who is being pocketed by a Mercy. This also applies to teammates who go chasing eliminations when the payload needs to be moved.

Still we had a fun night, we did more than Quick Play, diving into the arcade mode and Mystery Heroes at times. We got 8 out of 11 of the Weekly challenges done. Big thanks to PandaSweet for joining in several matches! I picked up three Plays of the Game this week as Dva, Torbjourn and Reinhardt, while also playing matches as Moira, Ana, Tracer, Widowmaker, Bastion, Orissa, Zarya and others. In fact we managed to pick up an achievement during the stream as well for Zarya!

Overwatch 2 Achievements

  • Power Overwhelming: Keep Zarya's particle cannon above 70 power for 60 seconds in Quick or Competitive Play.

For the raid we dropped in on tracydoll who was playing Friday The 13th The Game over on twitch.tv/tracydoll, I really should stream that just to get some footage of it before it shuts down and do a casual review.

Nearly finished the Mass Effect short story commission, really wish I didn't have writer's block combined with the rough adjusting to a different sleep schedule.

Needed to get some weed trimmer wire... not that I was able to do any lawn work because of the rain the past few days. Also needed some contractor bags.

Our next stream is schedule for Monday at 9:30 PM Eastern as we'll be playing Terminator: Resistance. I understand it got mediocre reviews when it came out, so we'll see if its a game I can finish or not. Of course we'll play it on the lowest possible difficulty to give myself a chance.

So on that note we'll see you next time over on twitch.tv/fredcasden!

Back in Court With Phoenix Wright

Hi everyone,

We finished tonight's stream a little after midnight, finishing episode 3 and 4 of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney (which is game one in the trilogy), and by the standards of the original release of the game we finished it... but considering Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney has been re-released numerous times over the years, a fifth episode was added, so we're not listing it as a finish game on this year's tour just yet.

Now the fourth case, which is focused on the backstory of Phoenix, Larry and Edgeworth certainly explains a lot of why Edgeworth and Phoenix are the way they are, while also giving an over the top final 'boss' to defeat in Von Karma, which I know leads to the debut of another character (I forget her name, but I remember they have green hair and a whip).

Now with all the dialog, we're certainly keeping the Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney Trilogy on Saturday nights, because each episodes get more elaborate and detailed. In fact if memory serves me right the fifth episode that was added to PW:AA might take two full streams itself to complete!

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy Achievements

  • Turnabout Samurai: Clear Ep. 3 of PW: AA.
  • Secret Weapons Three: Borrow all of Gumshoe's secret weapons. (PW: AA, Ep. 4)
  • Turnabout Goodbyes: Clear Ep. 4 of PW: AA.

For the raid we dropped in on Kalenal during their stream of Final Fantasy XIV over at twitch.tv/kalenal, it's always good to drop in on folks I know!

Spent a lot of time yesterday thinking about mom... really really missed her. Had this sinking feeling in my gut all day.

Got some writing done on the Mass Effect short story commission, I hope to have it finish before work on Monday, unfortunately, someone wants a WWE based on current stuff, which I'm clearly not paying attention too.

Our next stream will begin around 7 PM on Sunday night, with Overwatch 2 being our focuse. I already completed the Season 5 battle pass, so now we're looking to grind towards the various titles.

So on that note we'll see you next time over on twitch.tv/fredcasden!

Beyond Two Souls is Really Good

Hi everyone,

We wrapped up the stream about 1:30 AM, and I'm really enjoying Beyond Two Souls. Way I figure we reached the half way point of the game, and despite the wonky controls as it relates to having the use the motion axis of the PS4 controller, I'm glad there is a setting for things to be forgiving regarding the quick time events.

I have to say, Elliot Page does a fantastic job portraying the character of Jodie, really making me feel invested in the seemingly random order of the game's chapters. While there is an option to play the game in chronological order, the original intent was to have things jump around, to really show just how wild Jodie's life is, which actually work for this game's benefit.

Now, Beyond Two Souls was released in 2013... and I wonder how much of an influence it was on Stranger Things, because there are some major parallels and tone that makes me think the creators of Stranger Things was adapted from the game, particular in regards Jodie and Eleven's powers.

I'm really looking forward to finishing our first play through next Friday (June 30th)!

 Beyond: Two Souls Trophies

  • Somebody Else?: Played as Aiden for the first time.
  • Obedience: Stopped the experiment voluntarily.
  • Clean Job: Shut down the monitor and finished the mission using only Aiden.
  • Perfect Soldier: Completed most of the physical training successfully.
  • Fight Apprentice: Won every fight whilst taking less than 5 hits.
  • Stealth Apprentice: Completed all stealth training without being spotted
  • Catch Me if You Can: Escaped the train without being arrested.
  • Portal Shutdown: Successfully shut down the condenser portal.
  • Money to Eat: Earned enough money to have some chocolate during dinner.
  • Miracles: Looked after Tuesday's baby, healed Jimmy and channeled Stan.
  • Smart Thief: Deactivated the supermarket's camera.
  • Entities Master: Was victorious in every battle with the evil entities.
  • Entities Apprentice: Vanquished the entities with Aiden.

For the raid we dropped in randomly on xlunagoddess who was also playing Beyond Two Souls over on twitch.tv/xlunagoddess

Work yesterday was really good, and hopefully the assignment was closed out. Speaking of work, Monday to Friday's streams will all start at 9:30 PM Eastern because I'm picking up extra hours on Monday.

Our next stream later today is scheduled to begin at 7 PM and we got Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy on the docket. We might start early depending on when I have dinner and how much writing I get done.

So on that note we'll see you next time over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

We Finished The World Tour mode in Street Fighter 6

Hi everyone,

Well I was feeling the after effects from Wednesday's adventure yesterday as my ankles and knees were sore as hell, and I nearly had a panic attack because of Instacart's way of doing a holding a charge when doing orders on a holiday, but hey, work was incredible and I was in high spirits heading into tonight's stream.

Of course we focused on finishing the World Tour mode of Street Fighter 6 and it took the entire stream which ended at about 2 AM, because of A) being attacked by random goons, b) my tendency to do side quests, c) there were main story quests that involved tracking down specific items and d) the fights became longer and more drawn out while being forced to play a certain way. It made for a hell of a night, and thankfully I was stock piling healing and buff items, because some of the final fights in World Tour (namely against Bosch in his Cardboard Combatant disguise and JP) were really bull shit in the amount of damage they were dissing out. For anyone who reads this, I highly suggest leveling your created character to be above level 60 to make those fights less reliant on having to constantly heal yourself.

Now the big question is where does the story go from where it ends, as the player avatar basically continues on their path of strength, so the future depends on expanded DLC with story and lore. I can imagine Street Fighter 6 can have a very long life span in regards to how much Capcom can do with the World Tour going forward by adding new locations. I can imagine Capcom doing what NRS did with Mortal Kombat 11 and do a huge additional story, because there is so much potential

Now what's left for me in terms of achievements in Street Fighter 6 are the three achievements associated with Tournaments, and I'm not going to worry about those, because paying attention to the calendar to try and take part is too much of a headache, plus years from now I can see those achievements being discontinued.

Street Fighter 6 Achievements

  • At Journey's End: Finished World Tour, did you? Congratulations are in order. I hope it was somehow meaningful to you.

For the raid we dropped in on maximilian_dood who was also playing Street Fighter 6 over on twitch.tv/maximilian_dood

Now with finishing two big games this week, we now have gaps to fill in the weekly line up, so Mondays & Tuesday will be dedicated to playing Terminator: Resistance which came out in 2019,  and Thursday will feature DC League of Super-Pets: The Adventures of Krypto and Ace. Now that game in theory should only take a few hours to beat, so we'll pair it with Street Fighter 6.

Got very little writing done yesterday, had a bit of writer's block unfortunately

Anyway the plan for Friday night's stream is to start Beyond Two Souls on the PlayStation 4, and the stream will start at around 9:30 PM Eastern.

So on that note... we'll see you next time over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

Signing The House Deed... My Mom should've been here for it...

Hi everyone,

Yesterday was a big day, thanks to my Uncle Mark, we signed the paper work that basically completes  me becoming the owner my house, I have to wait a few weeks for the official document to be sent to me, but for all intents and purposes I'm a home owner. Of course there was a bit of a misadventure getting to the county clerk's office thanks to a lot of construction down town, meaning we had to park a good ways away, and I was not prepared for the all the extended walking.

But the entire day had a cloud over it (and not just because of the rain), as I kept thinking about my mom and how she should have been here for it, as this was the milestone for her to begin her retirement. And now I'm alone.

Work was solid, had a few interviews completed on an assignment focused on seeing how some utility companies are seen by their customers. Keeping an upbeat tone for these types of interviews is tough.

The stream started a bit late at 10 PM because I was a bit worn out from the day's adventure, but we didn't do Resident Evil 6, as Iceman couldn't make it thanks to an tanker truck explosion near where he lives. Oddly enough something similar happened over in Philadelphia with a tanker truck exploding and causing part of I-95 to collapse.

So we called an audible and worked on Street Fighter 6's World Tour mode, reaching chapter 12-2. A lot of the story is focused around the remnants of Shadowloo basically using a new country to do some money laundry while its citizens are revolting and causing problems on a grand scale involving fighting tournaments. We maxed out our Chun-Li fighting style and now all the EXP we get from using it is being given to the other fighters we have met.

Since Street Fighter 6 was schedule for tonight (Thursday's) stream anyway, we'll just continue on with it and hope we can finish more of the World Tour, and we'll move it SF6 to Monday & Tuesday of next week to finish it.

Street Fighter 6 Achievements

  • Neighborhood Peacekeeper: Helping people in need's the secret to keeping any city peaceful. Go finish 22 sub-missions, got it?

Of course the stream got off to a fun start when someone who found a lot of the old stories I have over on Literotica and was able to put two and two together. I don't shy away from my fan fic writing endeavors, since I do a lot of that these day via commission requests via subscribestar.

For the raid we dropped in on zonesama who had one of their associates hosting the evening of retro shows, namely Jem & The Holograms over at twitch.tv/zonesama!

Now our next stream on 6/22/2023 is schedule to start at 9:30 PM Eastern! So we'll see you then over on twitch.tv/fredcasden!

We Finished Persona 3 Portable!

Hi everyone and good morning,

It's about 4 AM as I start writing this as we finished Persona 3 Portable at about 3:45 AM... and I could've probably finished at around 2 AM, (keep in mind the stream started at 9:30 PM and I typical would go to 1:30 AM ), but what held things up was the fact I spent a lot of time in filling out the Persona Compendiun, which means along with completing all the Soical Links and defeating the Nyx Avatar and Nyx itself there are 3 achievements left to get in the game, two of which I can easily get by loading an earlier save and the final requires a second play through using the Female protagonist.

My total run of Persona 3 Portable took about 87 hours which isn't bad, considering we did a guided play through and covering every major aspect of the game that we could knock out without too much trouble. There was a big concern that we would've get the social link achievement, but thankfully the Yuko and Aigis had days that didn't overlap to ensure knocked that out.

Now I was shocked... SHOCKED... to see that once I got the Male-Protag to level 99 to see that his stats basically jumped to max levels. Which will explain why facing Elizabeth and Margaret are not recommend for anything less than level 99, the game becomes broken in that regard. Not to mention I did make sure to make the best possible weapon in the game and boosted the best possible Persona in the game, Orpheus Telos to having near perfect stats.

Since I was reading all the dialog out, things got tough late game and in the epilogue when regards to death and so forth, considering how this year has gone for me, between losing my mom and having a major falling out with my father. Yes I was tearing up on stream... not the first time, not the last time that's happened.

For whatever reason my mic was picking up a lot more audio than usual from my speakers, so there was a bad echo the entire night. I think I might plug ear buds into the speaks plugged into my monitor since to negate that... can only do that on nights I'm not playing co-op stuff however!

Persona 3 Portable Achievements

  • Social Butterfly: Max out all social links.
  • Thorough Bookkeeper: Complete the Persona Compendium.
  • To Live is to Oppose Death: Defeat Nyx Avatar.
  • The Great Seal: Defeat Nyx.

For the raid we dropped in on tsukinoraijin who was also playing Persona 3 Portable over at twitch.tv/tsukinoraijin

Work last night was good, we had the assignment where we just had to put forth out best effort and hope for a completed interview, and I got one.

This afternoon my uncle is swinging by so that we can get the final paperwork done so the house officially becomes mine... big day.. and a reminder of how terrified and uncertain I am about my life...

The plan for tonight's stream will start with Resident Evil 6 with Iceman, as we'll be starting up Chris' campaign. The stream will start at about 9:30 PM over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

And now I' go to sleep for a few hours!

We Will Finish Persona 3 Portable On Our Next Stream!

Hi everyone,

Well, tonight's stream of Persona 3 Portable ran for eight hours, mostly because I know I don't have work until the very late afternoon on Tuesday, so I can sleep in. And this was also why I prefer Xbox wireless controllers in comparison to PlayStation wireless ones, because a PlayStation wireless controller would've probably died around the 5 and a half hour mark!

Amyway, we covered a lot of ground reaching floor 254 in Tartarus, defeating the Reaper and doing several additional runs within Tartarus within the area that opens up to face Elizabeth in a optional boss battle. At the moment all characters are level 82 to 97. We also wrapped up the stream on January 21th, which meant we saw the revelation that Chidori is alive, but she doesn't have her memories since she lost her Persona in saving Junpei's life. This in many ways explains why Chidori is alive in Persona 4 Arena Ultimatx, and also negates the need for 'The Answer'. It was a great moment.

Also a big factor in why the stream went long was I spent a lot of time fusing Persona's as well , and to my surprise I am at 90% completion on that, which is pretty damn cool. I don't think I cracked 60% during my play through of Persona 5 Royal or Persona 5 Strikers but I could be wrong.

Now my big concern is that since we're on the evening of January 21th within the game and the final boss battle is on January 31st, that does not leave a lot of time to wrap up the social links for Mitsuru (need 1 on more event), Aigis (need 4) and Yuko (need 2). It should be possible, but the overlap is what is driving me nuts!

Oh and if you're wondering we tried the Elizabeth fight... and was quickly destroyed.

Persona 3 Portable Achievements

  • The Reaper Becomes the Reaped: Defeat The Reaper.
  • The Nose Doesn't Always Know: Experience a fusion accident.

For the raid we dropped in on edheldisrien during their stream of Diablo IV over on twitch.tv/edheldisrien

Picked up various groceries to supplement what I already had, basically to make sure I have some key stuff (milk & bread always the priority) along with some alternate things to have for dinner or lunch.

Got some writing done, though let me say this trying to fit a scene within the content of Mass Effect 3's Omega story is rather tough, not to mention having some questions on Turian physiology.

I've recorded two videos reacting to Helling Ultimate Abridged episodes 1 and 2, the first one is already live on my Youtube channel, the other will be live on Friday.

Tuesday's stream is scheduled to start at 9:30 PM Eastern due to work, and while there is a chance it could start earlier, that would mean work was cancelled, which we do not want. I will post the confirm start time on all the usual places (Youtube, Twitter, Facebook).

So on that note we'll see you next time over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

Fathers Day Existed

 Hi everyone,

We finished tinight's stream a bit before midnight, and with it being Sunday meant we were playing Overwatch. We ended up focusing a lot of the challenges which thankfully were changed to completing certain number of matches which made things so much better than trying to get wins, which meant we really closed the gap on knocking out the battle pass for the season. Huge thanks to PandaSweet for joining on several matches as well, always great to have someone who can have my back in matches!

I picked up three Plays of the Game as Bastion, D.va and Brigitte, while also playing as Tracer, Junker Queen, Moira, Lifeweaver, Kiriko, Reinhardt and Wrekcing Ball. I do feel like I should've had more POTGs considering some of the stuff I was able to pull off as Tracer and Junker Queen in the matches  that I used them in!

For the raid we dropped in on edheldisrien who was playing Diablo IV over at twitch.tv/edheldisrien

So let's talk about Father's Day, everyone knows I had a falling out with my father a few weeks back, and despite discovering a lot more about his mindset than I needed to ever know about him given the current social climate of the world, I did try to reach out to him, wishing him a Happy Father's Day via text... and I tried to call him only to discover he has my number blocked. Goes to show whose the mature one here.

Keep in mind that on the night my mother died, my father took it as an opportunity to fucking attack me verbally over the phone because I will never be like him. Personally, I'd rather die than be like my father... and I'm sure he'd just love that, but I will not give him the satisfaction. They say never do anything out of spite when it comes to family... but you know what

Anyway, got some writing done on the latest Mass Effect short story commission and the challenge of trying to make it fit the Omega mission from Mass Effect 3 is quite a challenge.

Monday's stream will start early, probably 6 or 6:30 PM Eastern with Persona 3 Portable and the goal of putting us in position to finish that game on Tuesday's stream.

So with that said we'll see you over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

Just Being An Ace Attorney

Hi everyone,

Just finished tonight's stream at about 12:30 AM, featuring Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy, and yes I again made the mistake of choosing to read all the dialog out loud, and with a stream that went over six hours. It still strikes me as odd that Capcom didn't do voice work for visual novel at least for major scenes, but oh well. I did try to give distinct voices for certain characters... but that didn't last too long.

Still it was great in seeing how much was established in the tutorial case as well as the second case to build up the world of Phoenix Wright, such as Mia being killed off and the introduction of her sister Maya and her spirit medium powers, along with various reoccurring characters like Edgeworth and Larry

Now we got through two cases during the stream and the majority of the 3rd case (with the Steel Samuari) but with the stream going on so long, I decided to hold off on finishing it for next Saturday, to play it along with the forth case. I also forgot how long the cases get, and if I remember right, the 5th case in the first game can be incredibly long.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy Achievements

  • First Steps: Start playing PW: AA Trilogy.
  • The First Turnabout: Clear Ep. 1 of PW: AA.
  • Turnabout Sisters: Clear Ep. 2 of PW: AA.

For the raid we dropped in on sakuramurayama who was also playing Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy over at twitch.tv/sakuramurayama

Did try to reach out to my cousin Frances to see how she was doing and to arrange when she'd be able to come over to join in on some fun and games, unfortunately, I called at bad time. I will make that happen sooner or later!

Picked up all three massive deluxe volumes for Hellsing, finally having the manga in its complete form. However some of the translation is different from the paperback manga I've acquired years ago. Does make for presenting artwork easy on stream when holding a volume up to the camera!

Had a Hawaiian pizza for dinner because I wasn't in the mood to 'cook'. Limiting takeout does serve as a nice alternate to the stuff I'm making to eat throughout the week.

The plan for Sunday's stream is Overwatch 2, as we'll do Quick Play matches and work on the season 5 battle pass!

So on that note we'll see you about 7 PM Eastern over on twitch.tv/fredcasden!

Finished Heavy Rain

Hi everyone,

We just finished our second night of Heavy Rain, finishing the story at around 1 AM, and needless to say, I enjoyed the second half of the game a lot more than the first half, since there was seemingly less need for the motion controls, since Heavy Rain was designed with the PlayStation Move controller in mind. Now we ended up saving Shaun and keeping three of the characters alive when we finished the story at 1 AM and the initial credits rolled (Jayden, Ethan and Scott), with Madison biting it when I made a wrong choice in the burning apartment. At that point we had 24 trophies unlocked.

Then I discovered we could replay chapters specifically, and since Madison in the apartment is the next to last chapter of the game, we re did it and went for the creative Indiana Jones solution (as in get in the fridge), which led to her telling Ethan were Shaun was leading to getting all four main characters to the ending in one piece, which also made the final chapter and sequence of events a lot more wild with all the cuts back and forth between Ethan, Jayden and Madison. Also meant we got the super happy ending.

Now going into it, I was aware of that Scott was the true villain, but there was certainly a lot of reasons to believe he wasn't it... unless one forgets that the box Ethan gets has the same items that Scott is picking up at various locations.

Will I want to play this again? Yes, but probably to go for the Perfect Crime ending, which would mean letting various things happen that I avoided in this play through. We'll save that for next year (assuming I can keep my head above water, find a consistent part time job and don't end up destitute which would please my father immensely)

I'll have a video commentary review on my YouTube channel in a few weeks, since I want to get into the habit of talking about games I finish as part of a casual review series.

Heavy Rain Trophies

  • Fugitive: Fugitive - Manage to escape Blake in the subway station
  • Detox: Jayden Blues - Resist Triptocaine
  • I'm not a Killer!: The Shark - Do not kill the Drug Dealer
  • Smart Girl: The Doc - Do not drink the Doc's beverage
  • Queen of Ropes: The Doc - Escape before the Doc returns
  • The Chef: Eureka - Prepare a good omelette on time
  • Pride Saved: Sexy Girl - Take off no more than one item of clothing during the strip-tease
  • Lover Boy: On the Loose - Forgive Madison
  • Escape Master: On the Loose - Escape the police at the motel
  • Kind Hearted: Face to Face - Give Kramer his medicine
  • Invincible Scott: Face to Face - Do not get shot in Kramer's villa
  • Nerd: Find all clues using ARI (Crime scene + Mad Jack + Fish tank) and find the Origami Killer
  • Saved the Kid: Save Shaun
  • HEAVY RAIN™ Hero: Finish HEAVY RAIN™
  • Simple Mind: The Old Warehouse - Save the Origami Killer before he falls, with Jayden or Madison
  • Cold as Ice: Killer's Place - Survive the explosion by hiding in the fridge
  • Four Heroes: Complete the story with four characters alive

For the raid we dropped in on zonesama who was playing We Love Katamari Reroll + Royal Reverie over at twitch.tv/zonesama, for those who don't know zonesama is best known for making certain Flash animations that fall under Rule 34, they are incredibly talented, and their community is rather welcoming

Work was alright, got one completed interview in a casual paced night.

Also picked up another Mass Effect short story commission request based on the Omega DLC mission for Mass Effect 3.

So what's the next game we're going to play on PlayStation Fridays? I'm leaning towards Beyond Two Souls which features Elliot Page, which could be another interesting two-stream style game. Either that or Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales. We'll see.

On the agenda for Saturday night's stream is the beginning of the Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney Trilogy. Since I have played the Steam version before, I'm going to use my notes from 2019 for this play through on the Xbox One.

So on that note we'll see you about 7 PM Eastern over on twitch.tv/fredcasden, I might start earlier, depends on how I'm feeling.

A full night of Street Fighter 6's World Tour Mode

Hi everyone,

We finished tonight's stream about an hour ago as I'm writing this, and we focused fully on the World Tour mode of Street Fighter 6, meeting various legendary fighters (Ken, Ryu, Guile, Zangief, Jamie and others) and progressed the story in a big way, doing everything we can as it relates to side quests. The story does seem to be split between a data card and the mystery of Bosch's whereabouts.

One thing I did notice is that there is a need to have various attires to progress the story, such as a full judo gi outfit is needed to go to France to meet Lady Gaga I mean Maron, plus a need for a construction hat to get into the construction site to meet Ken, but thankfully the game goes out of it way to make sure you have the items... but there does seem to be a bit of a glitch if you have items as appearance only. I'm going to assume Capcom wasn't considering people figuring out the display only for options in regards to cut scenes.

Also there is some real bullshit when it comes to some of the optional fights, such as the jack ass with the sword... I ended up using quite a few healing items.

I do feel like we'll be able to get the Side Quests achievement the next time we play the World Tour Mode on stream, because the next set are behind the progression of the story, which I want to do on stream.

I did consider jumping into the Battle Hub, but with how much there is to do in World Tour mode, we didn't get a chance to do any head to head matches last night.

For the raid we dropped in on annietalksshow who was playing Mario Kart 8 Deluxe over at twitch.tv/annietalksshow

Work was okay, if rather mundane and made more difficulty because of an bug where the font shrank to where I could barely read it. Does amaze me how so many folks don't want to get compensated for doing a very straight forward study.

Also found out there will be no work on Monday in celebration of Juneteenth, which means we'll be able to start early that day in make sure we knock out a lot of Persona 3 Portable

So the plan for Friday night's stream will be Heavy Rain, with the goal to finish our first play through of it. I'll have to turn on the PS4 early to make sure the wireless controller is fully charged. I will not be shocked if the stream ends up going long.

The stream will start at 9:30 PM Eastern, so on that note we'll see you over on twitch.tv/fredcasden!

Resident Evil 6's First Campaign Is Finished

Hi everyone,

Work was alright yesterday, getting one interview completed along with being able to pace out the script so I wasn't tripping over words.

Got some writing done on the Mass Effect short story commission and I'm looking to finish it this afternoon before work. I could've finished it yesterday but I got distracted with stuff.

Last night's stream saw Iceman and I finish Leon's campaign in Resident Evil 6, and boy did things get very silly as it relates to the villain known as Simmons. Chapters 4 and 5 were a real fun romp in my opinion just getting from point A to point B. Now technically I was in the sidekick role as Helena, so with the next campaign for Chris, I'll play the lead character. Apparently that campaign is a lot like Resident Evil 5.

Now having finished the first campaign, I'm really  curious how much Michael Bay films inspired the creative direction and set pieces I saw so far in the game remind me of stuff that would be seen in his films when it comes to big leaps and explosions.

We also played some Fall Guys in our quest for getting 20 first places finishes in races, picking up two via squad shows. The new Season Pass has some nice cosmetics

Resident Evil 6 Achievements

  • Big Trouble in China: Complete Chapter 4 in Leon's campaign.
  • The Trouble with Women: Complete Chapter 5 in Leon's campaign

For the raid we dropped in on misscammi316 who was playing Conan Exiles over at twitch.tv/misscammi316

You know what's weird? When I switched to Fall Guys, Twitch didn't update the category. Also had a weird moment where we lost partial connection on the upstream.

The new season of Overwatch has some interesting rewards, but the feature of unlocking a D&D campaign that is being played by Tracer, Orisa and others.

Tonight's stream will start at 9:30 PM Eastern with Street Fighter 6, with a big focus on the World Tour mode. we might do some Battle Hub stuff as well.

So on that note we'll see you later over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

The Offical Push To Finishing Persona 3 Portable Begins

Hi everyone,

Well let's talk about Stream Elements and the fact I created new merchandise, and my order for my own shirts was not delivered to my home, but instead UPS & USPS somehow delivered it to somewhere in Barrington, NJ which is no where near my mailing address! So to say I'm livid is an understatement!

Work was alright, we didn't have the good assignment that I was on the last few shifts, but what I was on only required that we try to get interviews done... and I got one done, so that was good.

We passed December 31 in Persona 3 Portable, which opened up the last block of Tartarus and the final push towards finishing the game. Now the guide I'm using says to wait until January 15th to grind out all the new floors and bosses, but I learned my lesson from last week, instead alternating what nights we go into Tartarus. This helps in regards to level grinding, but it's becoming really clear that I'm going to end up using Aigis and Yukari to finish, with the last spot on the team probably being Akihiko.

We also tackled several of the optional boss fights related to Margaret wanting to challenge the P3-Protagonist, and while the ones I've done so far are just harder versions of the full moon shadow fights involving the use of specific party members, which in some ways puts me at a disadvantage. These are the first fights that saw me the use of the 'retry' mechanic. Most certainly these are going to get tougher and more tedious, but we're making a go for it.

No achievements were earned, as the last story related ones are tied to defeating Nyx, and the others are related to doing specific things that we're doing to accomplish during this playthrough that we're not ready for yet.

That said, by my match we should finish Persona 3 Portable on Tuesday's stream since there's not many side things out side of Tartaturs to do beyond the Empress, Aeon and hopefully Strength social links.

For the raid we dropped in on maximilian_dood who was playing the demo for Final Fantasy XIV over on twitch.tv/maximilian_dood

As announced in my Discord, we're bringing back the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy starting on Saturday. Last time we played the games in that collection was back in December of 2019. We will be using a guide for it, because... why not?

Plan for Wednesday's stream is that it'll start at 9:30 PM Eastern with Iceman and I continuing our adventures in Resident Evil 6, then in the second half, it'll be Fall Guys as I work towards that final achievements.

So on that note we'll see you over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

The Different Work Hours Has Me All Screwed Up

Hi everyone,

Picked up a few extra hours at work, which lead to the stream started at 8:30 PM, and it was good, got a few interviews done, but let me tell ya, everything is all screwy with the later start times on everything, which has thrown off my sleep schedule, since the stream start later. Sure Saturdays and Sundays aren't effected as much as Weekdays, but it has lead to me being a bit confused on timing various things I need to do.

Did make some pasta for dinner and will use the left overs with some vegetables I got with the last order of groceries I purchased.

Pre-paid the PSE&G bill, because I have a fixed rate with them. Sure it's a bit more expensive than paying based on usage, however I don't want to be caught not being able to pay the bill in the winter time! Plus if I can get ahead of the PSE&G bill, it'll be like my Xfinity bill to where I'm paying for months in advance in case things really get bad.

The stream of Persona 3 Portable saw me cover quite a lot of things in regards to Elizabeth's requests (completed all of her Date requests and her fusion requests, along with requests for items inside of Tartarus) and I am amused by the fact that the P3-Protagists basically bangs her in his room at her request. In fact, the P3-Protag does that with just about every female social link character in their rooms, which is hilarious and reminds me of the fact that in Persona 5 Royal, Joker can and will get his ass beat by every female character if he was dating more than one of them come Valentine's Day.

We did see the big plot point of Aigis knowing who and what Ryoji (being and Shadow the 13th Arcana 'Death'), which set forth the build towards the final boss fight against Nyx. Now the question is when is the final set of floors for Tartatus opening up, because with the multiple trips I took into it during the stream, I'm only at floor 214... and knowing their are like 264 floors, last thing I want to do is another 50 floor romp through it! So I might actually take the approach I did tonight once the next block opens up and alternate the nights of going into Tartarus by jumping into it and knocking out the various floors along the way.

At this point I also have three Social Links left to do (Empress, Strength and Sun), and yes Strength I should've had done already, but I screwed up on some things following the guide so trying to get that done is pain, and I know I'm one 'turn' behind as it relates to Empress as well..

Anyway, we left off on December 25th, so tonight stream will open with a quick trip into Tartarus to rescue a random person, then the grind to December 31st to make the big decision on going for the True or Bad Endings.

For the raid we dropped in on Flint_locke during their VRChat stream over at twitch.tv/flint_locke

I did watch all of Hellsing Ultimate Abridged and I was reminded that I never found volume 9 & 10 of the manga series, but I believe there are a hardcover variants of them for sale. Anyway, it was funny as hell, and I know I have to share the playlist with my Cousin Francis.

That's basically all I have going on at this point, so we'll see you at 9:30 PM Eastern for Tursday's stream (late start because of work)

Have a great night, and a great day, and we'll see you over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

Overwatch tonight was weird...

 Hi everyone,

Sunday was pretty smooth overall, got in some writing as well as did the dishes which I meant to do on Saturday, so my objectives for the day was done.

The stream of Overwatch 2 was weird, for one while we won 11 matches, I often felt the random teammates I was stuck with had no clue on how to play, leading to a lot of frustration. Still we got 11 wins and picked up one more 'title' for the Season which ends tomorrow. We were joined by PandaSweet for a few matches late in the stream and it's always great to team up with them!

While we didn't have any plays of the game, we did play a variety of characters including Brigitte, Ana, Moira, Mercy, Roadhog, Sombra, Tracer, Reinhardt, Orisa, Junker Queen and Wrecking Ball. Didn't really get to play damage roles until very late as I queued up for All Roles and spent a lot of time as a Support and Tank.

For the raid we dropped in on x9abenonymous9x over at twitch.tv/x9abenonymous9x who was playing Valheim!

I did watch the Xbox Showcase yesterday, and while there were plenty of cool games featured, none really grabbed my attention to be a 'must play' experience beyond Metaphor: ReFantazio which I sweat could've been called Persona 6 and I would not have thought any thing of it.  I already knew of Persona 3 Reload and Persona 5 Tactica, so I don't count them towards.

Also read that Persona 3 Reload is going to feature an all new voice cast, which is probably not going to go down well with the P3 Fandom, because those people were whinging about the new UI for P3R.

Now a reminder, due to work we're going to have late starts to all streams this week, with an 8:30 PM Eastern start tonight, and then 9:30 PM starts for Tuesday through Friday.

With that said, tonight we're back to Persona 3 Portable, we might advance several days in the plot and may jump to Tartatus for the excuse of just leveling up.

So on that note we'll see you later over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

A real fun night of Street Fighter 6

Hi everyone,

Well Saturday was kind of weird to some degree, as we got the laundry done good and early, did some writing and because I took a nap... and didn't felt like dealing with dinner, so I order some Chinese food for the first time in years. It was quite delicious!

The stream itself of Street Fighter saw a big focus on three objectives, the first being to get to 100 matches played in Fight Ground mode, which was a mixed of ranked and casual matches. It took about an hour and forty five minutes to get the 40+ matches done for that, because we had to wait for opponents. Also proved that I can hold my own as Chun Li, Juri and Dee Jay... while I forever suck as Zangief.

Then we jumped into World Tour, with the goal being to max out the bond with Chun Li, which we were able to do pretty smoothly since I was working on it off stream, finding gifts to give her. Thankfully we don't have to do that with every legendary character. We also encountered the likes of Lily, Juri, Blanka, Cammy & Dee. This mode did expose my inability to do charge motions. The next big achievement in this mode is to do over 20 sub missions, which I will try to knock out off-stream so we can focus on the main story on stream.

Now, I did jump into the Battle Hub to mess around with Avatar Battles, and with more luck  than skill, we managed to hit 20 wins to get a third achievement. Finding 'even' battles was pretty hard, so it required a lot of waiting around and rematches. This also helped in regards to getting the 'nice' points to grind towards another achievement, which I can try and knock out off stream as well.

So with that said, the next time we're going to play Street Fighter 6 will be on Thursday, since it'll be more story and grinding focus in the World Tour mode... which frees up Saturday to do something else! What that will be, I don't know, maybe something older perhaps?

Street Fighter 6 Achievements

  • The Grand JetĂ© of 100 Battles: Fight 100 FG online battles. Too difficult? If you're taking on the world, there is no other path.
  •  Mastery's Bond: If you would call someone master, it is best to know them well. Raise the bond with a master to 100.
  • The Struggle Over Self: A new form of combat, with a different path to victory. Win 20 Avatar Battles. Fight and grow.

For the raid we dropped in on thatsoalykat who was also playing Street Fighter 6 over on twitch.tv/thatsoalykat

So on the agenda for Sunday is do the dishes which I forgo doing yesterday, and then the stream will feature Overwatch 2, which might get one last title on the Season Battle pass. Also I intend to get some more writing done.

So on that note we'll see you about 7 PM Eastern over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

So Heavy Rain's Plot Only Happens Because A Kid Is An Idiot...

 Hi everyone,

We had another great day of work, granted it got a bit tough with no real breaks between interview attempts, but hey, I was felt super productive. However, my work schedule will lead to Monday's stream starting at 8:30 PM Eastern, while Tuesday to Friday's stream next week will be still starting at 9:30 PM Eastern

Also got in some groceries, some bananas, some goodies, a few frozen food items... if I'm learning to cook on the fly, got to make sure I have some things that are edible just in case things go wrong. Rather like the Bowl & Basket branded stuff from Shop Rite, they are cheap and often I don't have to worry about expiration dates.

So we started Heavy Rain, and right off the bat I have to say the entire plot is based on the face that Ethan's son Jason being a complete fucking idiot and wandering off for no real apparent reason. So the kid wanders off, Ethan chases after him and a tragic accident happens which leads to the actually story moving forward. I do like the various changes in perspective but this game has a big problem.

That problem is that the CONTROLS ARE FUCKING AWFUL... Heavy Rain is a game whose controls depend fully on the gimmick of features of the PlayStation 4's controller, such as shaking , turning and making various motions with it. Not to mention some of the most awkward button presses that make some things impossible.

Still by my math, we covered about half of the game so far, and looking at the achievement list, this game will require a guide to try and get various other achievements unlocked in future play throughs down the road.

We'll continue and problem finish Heavy Rain next Friday

Heavy Rain Trophies

  • Happy Birthday: Prologue - Complete the drawing + Set the table + Play with kids
  • Interactive Drama: Thank you for supporting Interactive Drama
  • Private Eye: Sleazy Place - Lead Lauren to talk about her son
  • White Knight: Sleazy Place - Beat Troy
  • Negotiator: Hassan's Shop - Persuade the Robber to leave
  • Lucky Locker: Lexington Station - Find the correct locker on first try
  • Blunder: Nathaniel - Shoot Nathaniel
  • Good Driver: The Bear - Complete the Bear Trial successfully
  • Cat & Mouse: Covered Market - Beat Korda in the cold storage
  • Tough Guy: Kramer's Party - Defeat Gordi's bodyguards
  • Coward!: The Butterfly - Give up or fail the Butterfly Trial
  • Good Cop: Shrink and Punches - Stop Blake from hitting DuprĂ©

For the raid we dropped in on watchshouttv while Highlander was airing over on twitch.tv/watchshouttv

Thing on the agenda for Saturday include doing the dishes and laundry (though that can wait until Sunday). Also will try and get some writing done on a Mass Effect commission request that I started writing a few day ago.

The plan for tonight's stream is Street Fighter 6, we're going to do a lot of stuff in the World Tour to progress it story and work towards achievements. We might do some Fighting Ground matches as well.

So on that note we'll see you at about 7 PM Eastern over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

A Positive Day On All Fronts

Hi everyone,

Thursday was all together a positive day as it relates to work, as we got an assignment that I could really sink my teeth into, with perfect pacing. I actually lost track of how many interviews I completed.

Speaking of completing, we finished our current playthrough of the Xbox 360 version of Mass Effect, hitting level 56, which is actually 6 levels higher than the first play through of this version we did in 2020. The big difference was of course me jumping out of the Mako to fight enemies on the ground as often as possible. I suspect it is possible to hit level 60 in a single play through starting from scratch if you're willing to fight a thresher maw on the ground... which I'm not.

Now with this play through done, that leaves only doing a run using Garus and Liara for the majority of the missions, and playing as Adept in order to get all the achievements related to being a biotic. That will be challenging because of the lack of fire power options that will be available. But we'll worry about that when we get to it.

Mass Effect Achievements

  • First Aid Specialist: Use medi-gel 150 times
  • Long Service Medal: Complete 2 Playthroughs

For the raid we dropped in on pradoxgamerau who was playing Diablo IV over at twitch.tv/pradoxgamerau, while it is a game I want to play, I'm going to wait until expansions start rolling out for it because I might as well get the most bang for the buck... and when guides are available to do everything.

Since Mass Effect is finished, we're going to move Street Fighter 6 into the Thursday night slot to focus on the World Tour mode and do head to head stuff. I already have 77% of the game's achievement unlocked (thanks to some off-stream gaming I've done since Saturday), and there are about 8 more achievements that I think are possible for me to unlock. We're still going to play Street Fighter 6 this Saturday

So that will free Saturdays, which raises the question of what will go on Saturdays. Folks have asked if I played Hallow Knight or any game in the Yakuza series... so those are contenders based on the chat and comments left on my YouTube channel.

I saw that there will be a new spin off for Persona 5 that looks like a tactics style game, a genre that I've never played before. It looked kind of cute. Of course, there is also the news that Persona 3 is being remastered, and will come out in 2024. Which means I won't get to it until 2025 because I would still need to do a FemC run of Persona 3 Portable!

Also saw that there will be a new Sonic The Hedgehog game where up to four players can play, that seems like it would be a hoot!

The plan for tonight's stream is to play Heavy Rain on the PlayStation 4, I have to remember to install it before the start of tonight's stream

So on that note we'll see you later over on twitch.tv/fredcasden! (Note Tonight's stream will start at 9:30 PM Eastern)

An Okay Day

Hi everyone,

Well the air quality sure was interesting today thanks to the fires up in Canada and the air particles making their way down to South Jersey, I will admit, I didn't smell them till probably about 9 PM Eastern.

Work was alright, getting the hours I could snag, getting one interview completed made me feel productive, which is also nice.

Started to go through some of my mom's dresser drawers to throw out obvious stuff like undergarments and socks, really was the first time in months I spent more than a couple of minutes in what was her room. It was... tough to say the least, as I fought the urge to cry.

The stream opened with Resident Evil 6, with Iceman along for the fun following a few difficulties in getting the party invite to work. We knocked out all of Leon's Campaign Chapter 3 in about an hour and the first two big sections of Chapter 4 (the airplane and the tyrant like thing). Since I'm playing as Helena, it means I get to do all the stuff the A.I. would do, which is kind of fun.

Now we did have a few deaths,as being in the catacombs certainly leads to a lot of 'what the hell do we do' now moments. I could've done without the swimming section. The giant fish creature was kind of cool to deal with. We did discuss how RE6 was a bit to ambitious for its own good, but with how silly it can get, I'm really enjoying it.

Resident Evil 6 Achievements

  • Zombie Massacre: Defeat 500 zombies.
  • Get on the Plane: Complete Chapter 3 in Leon's campaign.

After we were done Resident Evil 6, I jumped into Fall Guys in pursuite of the final achievement I need to get in that game, and if I understand some achievement guides correctly, if a Duo or Squad finishes in first place in race rounds via points it counts to the 20 first place finishes needed to get the final achievement unlocked. Here's hoping, as we were apart of a couple of squads that did finish in first place!

For the raid we dropped everyone off with tokushoutsu during the marathone of Ultraman 80 over at twitch.tv/tokushoutsu

The plan for Thursday night's stream is to finish Mass Effect, we have the back end of Noveria to do, and then it'll be off to Illos to the final push to wrap up this play through of the Xbox 360 version of the game.

So on that note we'll see you at 9:30 PM Eastern over on twitch.tv/fredcasden!

Persona 4 Golden and other notes

We opened up Persona 4 Golden tonight, and the intro certainly reminded me of the one for Persona 4 Dancing All-Night... and of course I mad...
