Dead by Daylight and other notes

Tonight's stream of Dead by Daylight saw the realizing that the controller I use for the Xbox One was borked with a number of issues with the LT button,, then we had a match in DBD where I couldn't move... but beyond that we had a lot of fun, surviving a few matches, getting hooked, trying out the new killer (Chucky) and getting a few achievements. Did run into a few matches with real try harder killers and players, but it was a chill night.

Tomorrow's stream will feature Asura's Wrath which should be fun.

For the raid we dropped in on mikenaiders who was also playing Dead by Daylight, the raid destination was selected by long time friend of the channel LvStrkR

Dead by Daylight Achievements

• Zealous: In a public match, get more than 8K blood points in one scoring category.
• Adept Jill: Escape with Jill using only her 3 unique perks in a public match.
• Flight to Freedom: In a public match, repair the generator in the eyrie and escape. 

Work was solid, got a few interviews done, but I did see how bad a hit I'm taking thanks to the three days off for Thanksgiving that I got stuck with. Gonna have to bang out a lot of stories to make up the difference and cash out the next payment from SubscribeStar.

Speaking of stories, since I recorded the casual review for Stray it did push back the story I was hoping to finish today based on Avatar The Last Airbender.

Also picked up the season pass for Overwatch, there are some neat skins, particularly for Junker Queen.

Stray and other notes

Tonight we wrapped up Stray and I actually remembered quite a bit from the previous play through to where I was able to avoid a lot of the death traps from before. I do kind of wonder what I missed or did wrong to not get certain achievements, but this is a game that has replay value and does have a chapter select so I can jump around to different points.

Our next stream will feature either Dead by Daylight or Ghostbusters Spirits Unleashed, I'm leaning towards the former in terms of trying to get achievements, but of course the later is certainly a lot of fun just for the hell of it.

Work was really good tonight even though we ran a bit over my scheduled time, but hey it was a good night.

Picked up a bunch of Funkos and more on the way, going to have a real solid display of them behind me on camera.

Amazon has a real problem in using so many boxes for small items that all could be put in one box. 

Finished a Resident Evil related commission and so the next one is based on Avatar The Last Airbender

Overwatch 2 and other notes

Hi everyone,

Tonight's stream of Overwatch was kind of weird because the entire first hour was lost, I don't know why but the stream had a weird reset take place which basically removed a great back fill match I had as Moira plus our one look at the Trials of Sanctuary game mode. Can't think of the last time that happened. Big thanks to PandaSweet for being apart of the fun tonight.

We picked up three Plays of the Game, two as Junker Queen and one as Moira. Also played as Reinhardt, Tracer, Ana, Sombra, D.va and Bastion.

Our next scheduled stream is for 9:30 PM Eastern on Monday night, with the Xbox version of Day of the Tentacle, a game I'm very familiar with, but on the PC side of things. Going to be interesting playing it with a controller.

Did some writing today, finished the Avatar the Last Airbender story commission, and with nothing in the queue I managed to some work on my own ideas for the Persona project I'm working on. Did ended up getting another Resident Evil commission which I worked on a bit as well, which takes priority over the Persona story.

We're finally going to take a look at RetroMania this week, and that's slated for Thursday Night's stream. Heard good things about it, and depending on how I feel, we might try and do it's story mode on stream.

Speaking of new things, we're also putting Starfield on Saturdays, there are other games I want to play during the weekday streams, and since we just finished a massive open world first person game in Cyberpunk 2077, I want to ease me way into Starfield.

Had some Chinese food for dinner today, just a simple change of pace.

Cyberpunk 2077 and other notes

Hi everyone,

Tonight's stream went about 7 hours starting at 5 PM Eastern as we wrapped up our chosen path for the Phantom Liberty story in Cyberpunk 2077, choosing to send Songbird to the moon, and it certainly was an action packed route, complete with trying to sneak around the airport terminal. Did run into a few glitches in not being able to pull up menus without reloading saves and one side gig not completing but that's alright, it was secondary. Now the thing is we won't be able to do any of the other ending for Phantom Liberty because I don't know where the major branching paths are.

But we did get the final ending and achievement needed for the original game, doing to Nomad raid ending, which leads to V and Judy both leaving Night City, so combining that ending with sending Songbird to the moon makes for a pretty satisfying conclusion.

I am actually going to do a follow up review to my Cyberpunk 2077 that is coming out on my YouTube Channel in a few months.This way I can act like I reconsidered some things

Don't know what's taking over the Monday, Tuesday and Thursday slots of the week yet, but I do not Starfield will be placed on Saturdays starting next week.

Finished the WWE story commission, and started on the Avatar: Last Airbender related one. It'll be finished tomorrow for sure, and I know there is a Resident Evil one in the queue that'll be after it.

Nearly forgot that I potentially have jury duty coming up on the 23rd of October... ugh, hopefully I won't be needed or that I can talk my way out of it.

The people cleaning out my neighbors house broke the latch on the gate... and I know they did it because it was in one piece on Thursday when I went to the post office! Fucking jerks.

Cyberpunk 2077 and other notes

 Hi everyone,

Tonight's stream of Cyberpunk 2077 saw a focus on trying to make sure we had all the relic upgrades, which saw a lot of trying to figure out which ones I had found already before realizing which two I didn't have. This resulted in getting an achievement  that only 0.15% of players unlocked. We also advanced the plot, and put our selves in a position to possibly finished the Phantom Liberty content on Saturday's stream.

• Relic Ruler: Unlock all Perks in the Relic Perk tree.

Our next stream for Friday night will feature Horizon Zero Dawn as we'll head into the Frozen Wilds area to that content. I believe we should be able to hang in with the apparent tougher enemies there.Stream will start around 9:30 PM Eastern over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

Per the recommendation of alexisthefemboy we raided twitch.tv/brittballs who was playing Portal 

Went out the post office to mail off my mail-in ballot for the upcoming General Election, ended up feeling incredibly sore and stiff in my lower back.

Knocked off a Mass Effect story commission this afternoon which turned out rather nicely.

Speaking of commission, the next two will  involve WWE anad Avatar The Last Airbender.

Work tonight was okay, got one interview done, so I felt productive in that regard.

Phillies beat the Braves 3-1 to advance to the NLCS, pulled up the radio feed on my phone to listen to the final out during the stream

Journey to the Savage Planet and other notes

 Hi everyone,

Tonight's stream featured more of the weekly fun we have with Iceman as we resumed Journey to the Savage Planet. We ended up focusing on the main story quests in trying to find the elements we needed to get through areas that are quite difficultly if not impossible to get around. We certainly ran into some boss level enemies which added a lot of strategy to deal with. the Floopsnoot requiring the hurling of acid goop took a little while to figure out.

Finished a Spider-Man commission today in fairly straight forward order, making the sixth in a series based on the PS4 games.

Next commission story is based on Mass Effect, which will then be followed by a WWE commission request and then one based on Avatar The Last Airbender.

Work was solid if mundane...but right now I'm valuing the fact we got consistency for now.

Had a job interview today, think it went okay.

Picked up a few groceries, nothing major but enough where I shouldn't need to grab anything for a couple of weeks. 

Past made some pasta for two dinners.

Thursday is my niece Layal's birthday!

A Saturday of Fall Guys, Smite and MultiVersus

Good afternoon everyone,

Last night's stream ended up being the usual randomness for a Saturday, leading off with Fall Guys, and I actually game close to actually winning a few 'shows', but came up just a hair short in various circumstances. Hell one elimination I suffered was literally at the last second when I thought I was clear for the next round!  Still we had a lot of fun, and I did see some new things I haven't before which just tells me the developers really love coming with various gimmicks.

We loaded up Smite to play a few matches, mainly to do some challenges and I had a hell of a good game as Eset with 8 kills 1 death and 26 assists. Hell by the time the match ended one of my team mates didn't even hit level 19... and the opposing  team didn't even get past level 17. Sadly the next too matches were not as good, where we surrendered in one.... and started off missing a person in the other.

We closed out the night with MultiVersus, getting in matches as Shaggy, Tom & Jerry, Shaggy, Battman, Jake the Dog, Wonder Woman, Harley Quinn and others. We won maybe 40% of the matches played, and I had a couple of matches where I had 3 or 4 Eliminations. I did go all in to nab the battle pass, because I feel like I can get a few rewards that would end up looking cool and unique. Plus Tax got a Space Jam '96 skin... and you can't beat that... well you can with Harley's Mad Love skin... but still...

Amazingly there were no breaks in the stream thanks to Xfinity related issues last night. We'll chalk that up as a win.

Today's Fitness Boxing 2 daily workout featured Sway Back Combo, Beginner Combo #2 and Advanced Combo #1 for 34 minuets.

Watched the South Park 25th Anniversary Concert last night, and it's real easy to forget just how good the original music created for South Park was during its long run on the air.

Finished the Commission request for a story featuring Katara from Avatar The Last Airbender. Sure the characters are completely 'out of character' thanks to my unfamiliarity with the show, but I think it turned out decent overall.

What's the worst part of being an egg? You only get laid once (and it's with your mom)!

Three fish are in a tank. One asked the others, "How the heck do you drive this thing?"

The Mindset of the GOP is really becoming more disgusting which is amazing considering hot was just a few weeks ago The party of law and order suddenly doesn't want the law applied to them? Granted this has its roots in the South where White Slave owners didn't want the law applied to them which lead to the civil war back in the 1800s.

Hey.... we finished another story part in Fallout 76!

Good morning everyone,

Last night's stream of Fallout 76 finally saw a major story arc wrap up involving Rosie and the history of the Raiders in the wasteland. Unlike a lot of other quests, anytime I loaded into the game, Rosie would communicate over the radio... so it's going to be weird not hearing that in the main world going forward. It was a nice little ending that basically gave the fate of Rosie's name-sake, as well as the character of 'David', to wrap everything up neatly... or with me being too close to an explosion.

The Prime Meat event is actually a lot of fun, and was actually able to get a lot of XP off of it, certainly gave me an excuse to interact with other players.

Big shout out to Iceman for joining in for some silly action in his Custom World... where we discovered the fun of infinite ammo when using the Fat Man, which is a mini nuke launcher. Things for real silly... real quick! Also I have a good idea where to find the Fat Man weapon in the main game now!

We had two issues with Xfinity yesterday at 4:41 PM Eastern and a 5:17 PM Eastern, the later of which saw the service go down for a period of time. The first one interfered with work, which was actually decent... even if the assignment sucks.

Today's Fitness Boxing 2 workout featured Body Hook Combo, Weaving COmbo #1 and Double Combo #2 for 31 minutes. 

Kind of weird that the Nintendo Switch's Album / Screenshot posting feature was not working at all today.

Started work on the next commission request for a story based around Avatar the Last Airbender, believe I round enough info to make it do-able despite not having watched the show.

Not surprised the Phillies lost yesterday afternoon. and if they stay on a pattern of winning two out of every three games, they might make the playoffs, but again without Harper, it's highlight unlikely.

Mystery Heroes and A Mostly Stable Stream

Good afternoon everyone, 

So update on the Xfinity situation, the Senior Tech gave me an update that they were able to capture a system issues on the outside and they contacted a maintenance supervisor to send out a line tech, I was waiting for an update, but the tool they were using to monitor my connection was under maintenance so he could not see any logs from the tech to get an idea of what was done. I logged into the catway to see a number of things about the eRouter being administrativley disabled then enabled as Dual Stack, plus Missing Required Options 82 and 24. At least I'm being kept up to date on this.

Now last night's stream did see one instance of the stream being held up, and several minor instances of frame drops of Overwatch itself indicating a weak connection at times. That said, we had fun, we played a mix of Quick Play and Mystery Heroes. We were joined by PandaSweet for a good portion of the night which is always a treat! I picked up two plays of the game as Dva using her new skin. Other characters used were Moira, Mei, Torb and several others.

On a side note, a bit disappointed that this turn of the ReMix event does not give us any PVE options like the first two volumes of the ReMix. What we'll see on Sundays are Winter Brawls and different Lunar Jump variants on some match types.

Today's Fitness Boxing 2 daily workout featured Double Combo #1, Defensive Combo #1 and Uppercut Combo #2 for 28 minutes.

Finished the commission request for a WWE story yesterday afternoon, and got another one based around Avatar The Last Airbender. I'm not too familiar with that show, in fact I've only ever played the Legend of Korra video game a couple of years ago! So some research will be involved!.

For tonight's stream we're playing Mass Effect 3, with the focus being on the Quarian and Geth part of the story, which should be pretty straight forward! Also last night I put in quite a bit of time playing the Multiplayer mode, getting a Volus and Turian to level 20... and I learned the hard way that Turians can't roll. I'm only 1700 kills to the Veteran achievement, which we should put a fair dent into tonight... maybe... hopefully lol/
