Stream ran long tonight because I got lost during the Firehawk Cult finale... and I think the same thing happened years ago when I played the Steam version of Borderlands 2. Still got a fair bit done, popping various achievements and such.

Tonight's stream was pretty good, even if I lost track of time because I was looking to knock out the 100th Support Contracts. We did advance the plot a lot, knocking off the Flash and rescuing Lex Luthor, In terms of leveling up I have some characters as level 15 and other as a level 14, so if I continue taking m time we'll can get spread this game out for a lot longer than most people did.
Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League will return on Saturday's stream. Expect level up grinding and other things being done.
Friday night's stream will feature Ghosts of Tsushima as we work on advancing its plot

Tonight's stream of Final Fantasy XIII saw us tear through Chapter 10, which saw a lot of battles against a nice variety of enemies, leading to a boss fight against Cid Raines... and this has to be the first time in any Final Fantasy game I've played where one has to battle Cid. Now I had to do that battle twice, as we failed on the first attempt. Also had to redo a couple of smaller battles because I was too confident.
Still we finally made it to Gran Pulse, the open area of the game which makes up Chapter 11 so there is going to be a lot of roaming around and finding enemies to farm in order to gill out the skill trees for Lightning, Hope and Fang, while specializing Snow, Shaz and Vaniel in specific functions. Final Fantasy XIII will be back on Saturday's stream

Knocked out the third of three consecutive WWE commission requests... and now my attention turns towards a Spider-Man related story. Going to aim for it to be 2500 to 3000 words, as the person who commissioned it gave me a terrible concept to work with.

Last night's stream opened with Fall Guys, and surprisingly I ended up in the Final Round 4 times, twice as a solo and twice in Squad mode, which was amazing... and I came within whiskers of actually pulling off some wins. But it was a lot of fun regardless. We were also joined by PandaSweet for a few rounds as well.
After the break, we switched over to Fallout 76, and we helped Iceman with a few of his Brotherhood of Steel quests that were combat heavy, and we were joined by PowerThumbZ as well in an attempt to get one of the nukes launched to go for it's related achievement. Unfortunately, someone else beat us to it and we got kicked when maybe 75% of the way through. We'll give it a shot in a private session down the road.
Now unfortunately, we ended up getting Followed Botted towards the end of the stream, 2,500 new followers. It didn't take me long to realize what was happening and I have to laugh. I did clip the incident and reported it to Twitch.

For tonight's stream, we're playing Final Fantasy XIV, with a focus on Side Quests in areas associated with Shadowbringers. These will be more difficult as I won't be able to one or two shot every enemy I come across.
Last night's stream started with Fall Guys, and we were joined by the one and only PandaSweet. Now we did have an issue setting up a party and with the game claiming one of us cancelled match making, which was very weird. Still we did have a blast, and even some success, winning three bouts of 'Sweet Thieves'. Not often to be on the winning side of things in Fall Guys, so it was a real treat.
After the break, we switched over to Fallout 76, and we were joined by Iceman, so we made sure to focus on story content he needed to be done associated with the Steel Dawn arc. Because I two of the more combat heavy ones solo a couple of months ago, I was able to basically walk him through it, including dealing with hacked doors very quickly. Was fun being able to do these again with a buddy considering the nightmare of doing them solo. Going to be real fun next week because his next quest involves the Super Mutant invasion of Fort Atlas

For tonight's stream we'll be focused on Final Fantasy XIV, we'll continue to Carrier series of quests, and depending on how long that takes, we may start up the Endwalker side quests or do a couple of raids.
Last night's stream featured two games, with the first being Fallout 76 and the goal was to get two achievements to make sure I reached the 1000 gamer score mark. Now why was that a big deal? Simple, it's because for a lot of games, 1000 gamer score indicates completion with all achievements unlocked. Since Fallout 76 has an open ended story, I needed some kind of marker to indicate 'finishing' the game. My next goal in this game will be to reach level 100, but that it'll be something in 2023 when I reached that mark.
What does this mean for Fallout 76 going forward? Well I'm thinking I'll split Wednesdays between it and something else, because we can still help Iceman with his adventures.

Started work an hour early yesterday because shift was called super early because of the Holiday weekend, still it was super productive so it 'should' balance out. That said I have a 5 day weekend.
Finished the Dragon Ball commissioned story yesterday since I had the extra time, I probably put more time into trying to include references and characters than the actual action of the story. Picked up another commission request for another Dragon Ball story early this morning to feature Gohan.
I continued my off-stream push through Vampire Survivors and find myself 12 achievements away from completing the game. Once I figured out what worked for me in terms of surviving, this game became incredibly easy.

For tonight's stream, we'll be playing Final Fantasy XIV, with the goal being to clear out the side quests I was planning to do last week!
Let me begin this post the same way I started last night's stream by saying that Greg Abbot the governor of Texas has set a dangerous standard by making every family that has a youth who is trans a target for harassment in order to try and save himself politically. He, and anyone who supports him, are clear and present dangers to the American People.
That said, last night's stream opened up with Forza Horizon 4, as I set the goal to try and find every road in the main area of the game.... and some how I haven't discovered the final 3. The map says I've been everywhere, so I have no clue where these short side roads would be at. Still I finally found the final Beauty Spot location in the game to get that achievement.
Iceman joined in for Gears 5 as we set about searching for the final four collectables of the game, having to replay two major parts of the campaign. It did work out rather nicely, as we discovered a unique aspect of of JACK's shield which can stop a pouncer from diving onto a player. We also took Iceman into his first run of an Escape, which was chaotic fun.
We did announce that next Wednesday the Gears of War franchise fun will continue as we're going back to where it began with Gears of War Ultimate.. which was the remaster of the original game. It has an extra section that was exclusive to the PC version, so it should be a lot of fun. For that adventure I'll use the X-Box One for it since it is an older game.

Messed around some more with NBA Jam last night as well, wonder how many achievements are actually do-able with it that don't depend on online play.
Back in the 90s my dad did a lot of research into family history, tracing his side of the family back to Belarus on my grandfather's side, and Ukraine on my grandmother's side... so it that later part that has me hoping that the mess caused by the Vladimir Putin gets sorted out quickly.

I have no issue with Machine Gun Kelly being in WWE 2K22, I however do have a problem with yet another WWE video game using licensed songs for the menu screens that cannot be used for custom entrances. It's really a waste of the rights fees 2K has paid to acquire the use of those songs... granted it's a terrible selection regardless.

Well... it snowed yesterday... I figure we got about 4-5 inches where I live. Anyway, for last night's stream, we hooked up the PlayStation 3 to play Disney-Pixar's Brave. Why the PS3 version? Because up until about an hour ago I was unaware the X-Box 360 version is on the backwards compatible list!
Now long time followers of me over on Twitch would know I have played Brave before, but that was the Steam version, and I was looking forward to playing a console version of it when I got a working PS3. So finally choosing last night to play it was an eventuality.
Of course, me being a casual gamer, we took it easy to make our way through the game, exploring every nook and cranny to get all of the collectables (having to back track for one) and managed to complete 35 of the games 48 achievements aka trophies. Since I have not seen the movie, I don't know how faithful it is to it, but I do think I saw enough with the game to want to see it at some point, and I think I had the same feeling when I played the Steam version a couple of years ago.
Its very straight forward in terms of keeping players on the path to journey ahead, but going off that path does result in finding gold which is needed for upgrades and finding the various collectables. There's a great use of being aware of what an enemy's weakness is, as each of the charms has a different element that can make quick work if used on the right opponent... i.e. Ice beats Fire, Fire Beats Ice, Wind beats Earth, Earth beats Wind. The controls are very responsive and don't take long to learn.
Brave does sound good in terms of it s sound effects and music, but I do feel the audio mixing was a bit off as any dialog said is on the low side. Visually... well the Brave has a really drawn out camera, the environments are nice and varied, but getting a good look at the character models of Merida in her various outfits and the enemies is not really possible to appreciate how things look up close.

Today's Fitness Boxing 2 daily workout featured a 31 minute workout with Straight Combo #1, Weaving Combo #2 and Beginner Combo #2. The Estimated Calorie Burn was 481 kcal. At the moment we're at 45/50 for hours trained with Janice for Janice's Champion.
The progress towards the last achievement for Capcom Arcade Stadium is now at 88 hours. If I time it right to get it under 96 hours off stream, we'll feature the last push on stream this week.
My off-stream progress in Final Fantasy XIV was a hell of a lot more positive than the previous one, as I progressed the Main Story Quest from Gateway of the Gods up through In Shadow's Wake. The Twoer of Babil was a fun quick dungeon with the bosses being fairly easy to understand. The Dark Inside trial was a nightmare... from the first time I got downed it lead to me getting resurrected and instantly killed by Zodiark. I pretty much spent all of phase two basically laying down.
Also had a weird instance where I ended up in first-person view and had to scramble to figure out how to get out of it. Didn't think that was a thing in FF14. But what is kind of obvious is that with Zodiark dead... that means Hydaelyn herself is next on the chopping block as one cannot exist with the other. Then there's the fact that Zenos is going to be the final boss of Endwalker... ugh.... and I thought Sephiroth was annoying antagonist with no real purpose.
