Cybperunk 2077 and other notes

 Hi everyone,

Tonight's stream got off to a rough start because apparently Cyberpunk 2077 and its DLC expansion Phantom Liberty don't update as a single game like you know... every other fucking game on the planet, so the first 30 mintues was a complete wash. Once the two updates (when one was really needed) was done, a bunch of achievements that I know I didn't unlock related to the base game popped, meaning I'm two achievements away from completing the default achievements.

As far as the actually playing the game knocked out a few side quests, 'claimed' a few cars and generally made sure anything doable was done before advancing the plot, getting Idris Elba's character involved and seeing just how nutty things can go. Trying to make sure I don't do anything that kicks me from the Phantom Liberty content since some choices can and will be a factor

Next time we'll be playing it will be on Saturday's stream at 5 PM Eastern over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

Of course Friday's stream is scheduled for 9:30 PM Eastern and will see us playing Horizon Zero Dawn

Cyberpunk 2077 Achievements

• The Devil: Help Takemura avenge the death of Saburo Arasaka.
• Gunslinger: Shoot an enemy grenade in midair with a revolver.
• Two Heads, One Bullet: Kill or incapacitate 2 enemies with the same sniper rifle shot.
• Rough Landing: While Berserk cyberware is active, perform a Superhero Landing to kill or incapacitate 2 enemies.

Work was okay, not as draggy as the other nights this week... didn't get any completed interviews, just people who feel outside the parameters.

Finished the last WWE related commission story that I had booked today, and now I have two commissions based on something else to do, one for Spider-Man and another for Resident Evil.

I did actually force myself to do something not related to work, writing or streaming and sat down to watch RWBY / Justice League Part 1... and I thought it was okay, unfortunately unlike the comic book the first crossover, the film didn't have the balls to fully commit to having the DC Heroes being natives to the world of Remnant, and went with a half-baked trapped in a virtual reality world story. Now it was part 1 and there was a tease that there was another villain involved, so hopefully when part 2 comes out, it'll be better.

Journey to the Savage Planet and other notes

Hi everyone,

Well the Phillies crushed the Marlins tonight to go on to face the Barves in the Division Round of the Playoffs... in a rematch of the same Division Series from last year. It's going to be interesting follow

Tonight's stream featured Journey to the Savage Planet, and following some issues in me being unable to hear Iceman and invites not working, we were able to get into a lot of exploring and finding the resources needed to unlock new gimmicks to help reach new areas... when we weren't figuring our own ways of getting around stuff. Looking forward to the next time we play it, which is slated for next Wednesday.

Work tonight was okay, got a solid interview done right off the back before it became mundane and mind numbing in the final hour.

Finished the Watch Dogs commission story requests and got started on the WWE commission request straight away, trying to make it different from another similar is going to be a challenge. Also in the queue are commission stories based on Spider-Man and Resident Evil

Picked up a birthday present for my niece, as well as some sweatpants and the 2nd Justice League / RWBY crossover

The Evil Within 2 and other notes

Hi everyone,

Tonight's stream lasted longer than expected because we went ahead and finished The Evil Within 2, and while it does tease a future story at the end of the credits, for the most part it serves as a nice closing chapter. The cheats certainly made the game a lot more fun as I was able to put in a real effort on trying to find everything... even though we didn't find everything except the slides in the end, which is amazing to me. I actually do like The Evil Within 2 more than the original game as the states were properly raised.

Would I play it again? More than likely yes for achievement clean up along and trying to find stuff we missed (statues, files, mystery objects, etcs), as the cheats will certainly make it even more fun since we'll be over powered! Woo-Hoo!

With the Evil Within 2 wrapped up Cyberpunk 2077 will move back to the multiple nights slot because of the Phantom Liberty content which we started on Saturday.

The Phillies one game one of the Wild Card series against the Marlins with some good pitching and timely hitting, they win tomorrow then it's on to the Division series against the Braves... who probably won't be as unnerved as they were last year.

Got some writing done, knocking out a wrestling related commission request then got to work on a Watch Dogs commission request, which will be a bit interesting to write.

Work tonight was okay, pretty straight forward, had a completed interview, and would've had another but the dude got tired of me having to repeat the questions.

I do have to do some laundry tomorrow, and I could use a few miscellanious items for the fridge... bread, some fruit and few other things.

The Evil Within 2 and other notes

Hi everyone,

Tonight's of The Evil Within 2 saw us make a good deal of progress, dealing with Stefano early on and then learning there's another dude behind everything. Sebastian blowing his personal demons away was a nice touch, but the convoluted with Myra and Kidman apparently plotting  the downfall of Mobius, which is something I can't wrap my head around. But again, the plot of Survivor Horror games are never the strong point.

Our next stream will be around 9:30 PM Eastern on Tuesday as we'll put up towards the end of Chapter 11 (because we did deal with the Liam boss fight). And of course the stream will be over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

The Evil Within 2 Achievements

Had a job interview today that looks like will go no where, mostly due to the distance of where the location is in relation to bus stops, which sucks. Was told they do have some remote position opening up in the near future... so... maybe I can get in on that.

Work tonight was solid, two interviews and a fairly straight forward evening. Had the choice of doing afternoons or nights, but since the assignment is the same on both shifts, I'll just roll on the evening train.

Have to remember to take another trip to the post office to mail off my ballot for the General Election this week.

Finished the latest chapter for my Persona story and knocked out another commission request for a WWE story... and the next one is also WWE related. Hell at least I know the ones coming down the line will focus on other genres (thank goodness)

Saw that the Overwatch Halloween event will tie in with Diablo, and the new Moira skin looks fucking awesome!

Overwatch 2 and Other Notes

Hi everyone,

Tonight's stream of Overwatch 2 was pretty fun for the most part, where Panda and I managed to get into matches with people who understood what their roles were allowing us to focus on what we need to do instead of trying to carry a slacker. And speaking of PandaSweet, it's always great to have them in on the action, and they were with us nearly the whole stream!

I picked two plays of the game as Junker Queen, and alos played as Reinhardt, Tracer, Sombra, Torbjourn, Bastion, Ana, Moira, and a few other characters. Also won my 3000th match. Woo-Hoo!

The Phillies will be facing the Marlins in the Wild Card round of the playoffs... and one could argue the Marlins are the favorites.

Knocked out another commission story today, the first of a trio of WWE / Wrestling related stories.

After winning 3 weeks in a row, my Fantasy Football team had a bad week with some palyers getting hurt during their games.

Have a job interview at 1 PM on Monday, so hopefully it goes well.

Cyberpunk 2077 and other notes

 Hi everyone,

Tonight's stream saw us return to Cyberpunk 2077 as we started up the Phantom Liberty content. Its story certainly opens with a bang, having to go to the new Dogtown area, which is compact. The President and Songbird characters are kind of interested, plus the secondary characters like Jacob and Taylor seem like they might be comic relief Some of the new elements like stealing cars is kind of fun, but the roads to get out of the area are pretty damn narrow. 

There are new achievements and new side gigs, so we'll certainly pad the gamer score a bit. The big question of if the DLC is worth its' initial price shall be determined by the hours of play time we're able to get out of it.

Phillies certainly held off today in their double-header against the Mets, which is a bit concerning since they have to play in the Wild Card round of the playoffs.

Finished the Resident Evil story commission that took some inspiration from Resident Evil 3, and now I have three wrestling / WWE related commissions to do. But at least the fourth story in the commission queue is based on Watch Dogs.

I have posted nearly all of my commission story over on Archive of our Own, and it's become increasingly interesting to see which stories are constantly being read. 

Recorded a new Headcanon episode for my YouTube channel that will premier in a couple of weeks, giving my thoughts on why Dolph Ziggler was never considered a main even start... and it basically has to do with an unique series of events that occurred.

Horizon Zero Dawn and other notes

 Hi everyone,

Tonight's stream of Horizon Zero Dawn saw a lot of exploration being done on the eastern side of the map, mostly focused on finding collectables and reaching various side points to find areas to explore. We did actually advance the plot a little by hitting the Ring of Metal. Next time we play HZD, which will be next Friday, we'll be heading west ward, finding more collectables and making the push towards the next big story point.

Horizon Zero Dawn Trophies

• Headshot 30 human enemies: Killed 30 human enemies by landing headshots on them.
• Reached level 25: Reached player level 25.
• Victorious with the War-Chief: Found the Nora War-Chief and defeated the killers in the Ring of Metal.

We did have two raids during the stream, thank you to Redneck_23 and Tinflix for bringing over their communities!

Word was sidelined today, which was good as I spent a good portion of the afternoon just zonked out, I was way out of it for some reason today. Then again I felt very hungry too, which is weird because I did eat a lot over the last couple of days.

Finished The Legend of Korra story to knock out a commission request, which turned out rather nicely. The next one on my docket is for Resident Evil followed by three straight WWE / Wrestling related ones, and then a Watch Dogs commission.

Since I got a job interview on Monday afternoon, I'll take that as an opportunity to finish the Persona story I've been working on after that interview is done.
