Sea of Thieves and other notes

Tonight, Iceman and I were back at it in Sea of Thieves, and discovered a quest that involved transporting good from a port to a seapost with the need to deliver them all in time. We also picked up an achievement for delivering a piece of loot he fished up which was nuts. All and all a productive evening on the high seas!

Played  some Smiet after doing some yardwork this morning, and got two achievements in one match... that was a good start to the day

Knocked out the Spider-Man commission in a shocking amount of time, next up is a NFL related one

Grandia HD Collection and other notes

Story wise, we knocked out the Tower of Doom and it's aftermath in a pretty straight forward manner, granted I am looking to level up Feena's Wind and Water magic as much as possible while having to focus on Justin using his weapons, and to a lesser extend letting Rapp use a lot of magic as well. We got Milda in the party as well obvious, and I forgot that she is 'supposed to be' 19 years old, but just does come across as being older.

We also extended the stream for an hour to find the Kung Fu Master fight in the Soldiers Graveyard, and we were successsful, granted I completely forgot how much of a pain in the ass that fight is because of all of the boss having passive healing. Next thing on the agenda is finding the Castle of Dreams.

Work was incredibly bleh this evening... highlighted by one asshole who I hope has a 'pleasant day' tomorrow

Finished the Arrow story commission pretty straight away, next one is a Spider-Man related one

The final Daria  reaction videos for Season 2 have been recorded, I'll be starting recording Season 3 videos next week.

Overwatch 2 and other notes

Tonight PandaSweet and hot got on a stretch where we won 11 matches in row before a loss, then won another 5 matches in row. It was possible our most dominate night of playing Overwatch ever, and that goes back over five years. Certainly was incredible on several front. I even picked up an achievement as Junkrat which I can't believe I did when one looks at the requirements for it (see below).

Too bad we started running into asshole in the final hour, bet we could've won over twenty matches!

Got a fair amount of writing done on this Spider-Man commission, it will be finished during the day tomorrow

Did some yard work this morning, planning on doing a little each day this week before it rains again on Saturday

Saw a little varmint in mouse, and going to get a butt done of glue traps, maybe even some of those sonic pest control things

Grandia HD Collection and other notes

I timed t hings out nicely this evening with Grandia in that we covered the Twin Towers, saw Leen's scenes with Justin and Feena's with Mullens,  and the big thing was Sue's departure with the trips to the Mysterious Vanishing Hill to send her back to Parm. For the first time I heard that scene voiced thanks to the fine folks at the Spirit Stone, and it hits way harder, as Sue is really a delightful character. Also we covered the duel with Gadwin and the Mermaids... but I wasn't as thorough as I thought I was, and missed out on some treasures.

But at this point I have all of Justin and Feena's level one and two magic unlocked, so we're way ahead of the game in that regard, so focusing on speicifc things will mean we'll have a great shot of getting at lot done.

Finished the Spider-Man story, though I had a bit of writers block when it came to finishing it up to keep things making sense, next up is another Spider-Man story

Need to take advantage of the good weather this week and cut some branches... and probably run the hand mower as well.  

Recorded the Daria Reaction's episode for this week, See Jane Run, which will premier on Wednesday. I'll be recording two more episodes for next week to wrap up Season Two

God Eater: Resurrection and other notes

We got a good bit done in God Eater Resurrection tonight, as someone popped into the chat and helped me figure out aiming, which really make a huge difference. Also finished off all of the Difficulty 3 missions, so we're up to the fourth story arc and we're now the Captain of the squad, which is cool.Figure next week we'll take the approach of doing all non-story missions first before advancing the plot

Tomorrow Night's Stream: Grandia

We're picking up in the Twin Towers tomorrow and we're going to see about making the big push towards Sue and Gadwin's departures. With a five hour stream we should be able to do that, depending on how much I dilly dally with farming enemies.

Work was solid, had to talk my way into several interviews but it was good

Did not get any writing done because my fence was being repaired, and I was distracted the entire time will be working on the Spider-Man commission tomorrow, basically just have to write the 'action scene'

Finished Stargate SG-1 Season 10, and while Unending clearly wasn't supposed to be the series finale it served as one quite nicely

Going to record this week's episode of the Daria Reactions before bed.

Grandia HD Collection and other notes

We reached the village of Gumbo and dealt with the Maddragon in order to get the village back to being a party town, The Maddragon fight ended up being more difficult than it needed to be because I was trying to farm magic and skill experience during it, which lead to Justin and Sue being KO'ed a few times. Still we reached the Twin Towers so we're in a good spot to knock out several things on Saturday's stream.

Also was invited to the Spirit Stone discord where the folks there are going to be making a Grandia Abridge project which debuts later this month!

It rained all day today, so no update on the fence being 'fixed'

Smite and other notes

Tonight we played and were joined by PandaSweet, winning 4 matches while losing 5. I played as Bellona, Discordia, and Sol on the evening. We had some bad luck with people going AFK and just choosing not to engage in the matches . Still we had fun

Sea of Thieves was on the agenda, but Iceman had an issue come up last minute that caused major headaches for him. I can completely relate
