Overwatch 2 and other notes

Tonight's stream of Overwatch 2 was a lot better than last Sunday, as we won a hell of a lot more than we lost. Big thanks to PandaSweet for being apart of the action, as their presence allowed me to only worry about three teammates not doing their roles instead of four.

Also had Play of the Games as Junker Queen, D.va, Orissa and Reinhardt, so I was certainly on point the entire night.

Overwatch 2 will return next Sunday night.

Tomorrow night's stream will feature Persona 4 Golden, as we're in the aftermath of rescuing Naoto, which means a lot of slice of life stuff.

For the raid we dropped in on Kalenal who was playing Final Fantasy XIV

We had three power outages today during the early afternoon, haven't seen anything like that since before mom passed away.

Finished the Marvel related story commission, next one is WWE related and I know that's going to take two days to write 

Listened to the Phillies vs Mets game, and was disappointed in how they lost.

So we accomplished our task of  rescuing Naoto, now I knew about her wanting to be a man, but the whole being treated like a kid aspect was new to me. Of course it did take me nearly four hours to rescue her, because the first two hours of the stream was dedicated to back tracking through the previous dungeon to reach an extra boss and find side quest items.

We also completed several Social Link quests, Nanako and Dojima's are in the book, plus several others are closer to completion as well. Also the Compendium is close to 80% complete

Next time we play P4G, it'll be mostly slice of life stuff as we wait for the next Midnight channel night and for Naoto to recover from their ordeal.

Watched the Phillies vs Mets game in London today, and good lord I forgot how awful Fox Sports is with its presentation and horrible pre-game show

J-STARS Victory VS and other notes

We got a lot of the grind achievements in J-Stars Victory Vs unlocked this evening, from winning 20 matches in Free Battle mode, as well as unlocking a few characters, including Arale from Dr. Slump.

However tonight I was feeling drained for some reason and thus I was actually dozing off a bit during some matches, so we called it 'early'. I'll be hitting the sack pretty much straight away in a few minutes.

Work was really good, if a little draining

Started work on the WWE related commission, it's about 30% complete, I plan on finishing it tomorrow

Picked up an Over The Air Antenna just so I can use the TV with out using the FireStick if I want to watch something or have something on in the background

Tonight's stream of Persona 4 Golden saw the big trip to Tatsumi Port Island, and I was baffled by the fact the class was put up in a Love Hotel and that members of the main cast got 'drunk', even though it was said they were not having alcoholic beverages. I suspect that was something changed for the North American release as underage drinking is frowned upon. Not sure I buy the 'drunk off the atmosphere' reason.

Still we got several things accomplished in terms of social links and building up to Naoto's ill-advised plan to get themselves thrown into the TV, so we worked our way to where our next stream will be focused on searching for Quest Items , dealing with a mini-boss and rescuing her.

Persona 4 Golden will return on Saturday's stream with the focus being on dungeon crawling for quest items, a bonus boss and rescuing Naoto

Work was real solid this evening, less asshole than last night.

Knocked out the Legend of Korra related commission of the course of today, always nice when I can bang something out quickly. Next is a WWE related story

Wanted something from WaWa via Doordash and they forgot my hoagie! Good thing I got a refund for it.

Finally have 300 'confirmed' wins in MultiVersus, remaining achievements are related mostly to getting different time of eliminations... and playing paired with a person.

Considering getting myself an Over the Air Attenda for one of my TVs, might be able to get a good bargain on one

Sea of Thieves and other notes,

Totally tired so this is going to be short.

Iceman and I had a fun session of Sea of Thieves, as we got a fair bit done in terms of finding loot, even if our ship was sunk on our way back to port.

Sea of Thieves will return next Wednesday 

Tomorrow night we return to Persona 4 Golden as we make out way towards Naoto's dungeon.

Work was okay, it did drag a bit because some people were rather rude

Persona 4 Golden and other notes

Tonight's stream of Persona 4 Golden was basically the entire Summer Vacation stuff, with the beach, festival and fireworks segments, which basically serve as a nice break before the second half of the game.

Probably the real highlight was Kanji during the beach day, as he stole the scene again. We did romanced Chie, since we were following a guide and nice Naoto becomes an option way to late.

Next time we play we'll be building up towards the next case, we do got several days of events to cover, and hopefully I'll be able to get Hemit caught up.

Work was solid today, granted it was a hospital related research assignment but at least no politics

Didn't do any writing as I rested up after feeling so out of it on Monday, will be working on a story tomorrow that's WWE related 

Did get an achievement in MultiVersus and there are only 5 more to get

Tonight was one of those nights where I felt very tired... and with good reason, I've been up since 3 AM.

Anyway, we completed the Void dungeon to capture Mitsuo and saw how Rise is just as bad  of a cook as Chie and Yukiko ... and poor little Nanako saying what their made was edible. It's no one everyone gets real protective regarding her.

On the plus side I realized the only Social Link I really screwed up was Hermit, which is tied to specific side quests for the Fox.  There will be an opportunity to take full advantage of it 

Next time we play we'll be checking out the Midnight channel and building towards the next story arc which should focus on Naoto.
