Tonight we finally finished Ghost of Tsushima which we started way back on January 26, so about 15, 16 weeks later we have done everything in the base game, every single trophy was earned.
Found a guide to locate the hidden shrines and apparently I just needed nine of them, so somewhere along the line I bowed to one.
I could have done without having to sneak back into the Castle Shimmura, but the final chase and duels against the Khan and Jin's Uncle's were cool.
Choose to spare the uncle because it is the clear renegade choice... and why not? Considering how he didn't have Jin's back, dishonoring him by letting him live makes total sense!
Still glad that we've finished and we can move on to something else on Fridays..
Tomorrow night we're playing Persona 4 Golden
Thank you to Oldish22 for the raid following their stream of Final Fantasy XIV
For the raid we dropped in on djparticle who was playing Star Trek Online
Replacing Ghost of Tsushima in the line up next Friday will be J-Stars Victory VS
Work was solid even though I didn't know I would even be working until 4 PM
Made good progress on a WWE related commission, its about 50% done should be able to finish it tomorrow

Last night a bit before midnight, my mother, Elizabeth Ortiz, passed away at 63 due to lung cancer. She was born December 3, 1959... and I would dare say she was the toughest, smartest person I've ever known. and I'm going to miss her a lot. My brother came and got me at 1 AM and we spent several hours at the hospital before we had to go so they could take her to the morgue
Yesterday afternoon, I went to see her by the time I got to the hospital to visit mom, they had the iv drip already in place, so she was asleep when I got there... but she woke up, and was in and out of it... so she didn't say anything. Funny thing while I was there, the nurses came to clean her up and said earlier she didn't want to be move, but I told my mom to behave, and begrudgingly cooperated. My brother arrived around 1:30ish with his family, and I finally met his wife's mom... talk about bad circumstances. Mom did respond a bit when she was spoken too in Spanish, and smiled when she saw my brother's kids.
I did take advantage of getting some phone numbers from my mom's phone for a few family members, to try and update them on the situation... sent out text messages called a few folks... and I know my Aunt Grace and Cousin Frances will be swinging by the house later.
The photo you see was taken Christmas day, and my mom is the middle, with the blanket... I got her that blanket for mother's day right in the middle of the Covid Pandemic, and regardless if she slept upstairs in her room, or just crashed on the couch or recliner, she always had it. It was mom's last Christmas....
The last day she was home was December 28th, she went for her 2nd day of Radiation Therapy, because she was intending to fight... but she never came back, She was was in so much pain she was admitted to the ER that afternoon. She was discharged to go to a nursing rehab facility a couple of weeks later, but last Monday the 16th, she was back in the ER and things just deteriorated from there rapidly
As for the stream last night, the new mission in Star Trek Online,The Fujiwhara Effect, brings to an end the ongoing story arc involving the Terran Empire. The ending of this mission hits me a little harder now considering everything involving the mirror versions of Wesley & Doctor Beverly Crusher. O really liked the mission as a whole but the ending just feels... different now.
We didn't stay with STO the entire time, we switched to Final Fantasy XIV after the break, and we did some raids and a few side quests. Two the raids ended up being of the Alliance variety, so those ate up a lot of time
Big thank you to lartheman88 for subscribing to my Twitch Channel using Twitch Prime
For the raid, we dropped in on Kalenal while they were also playing Final Fantasy XIV over at twitch.tv/kalenal
I got started on the next commission requests for a WWE / NHL crossover, and the intro gets the job done... going to have to use another 'time skip' to proceed to the heart of the story, but oh well.
At the time I'm writing this its nearly 5:30 AM... so no Fitness Boxing 2 notes for today.
"Have you heard about the chocolate record player? It sounds pretty sweet."
Song of the Day: Lay Me Down by Sam Smith ft. John Legend.
For tonight's stream the plan was to play Final Fantasy VII Remake on the PS4. As ya'll know I was not a fan of the original version of FF7... but I've seen enough people play the remake to think I might enjoy it...
So on that note we'll see you later over on twitch.tv/fredcasden but for now I'm going to bed.
Saying yesterday was rough... is an understatement. At about 3:30 PM, I was in a telephone conference with my Aunt Hillary, my brother Leo and the care team for my mom at Cooper Hospital, where in no uncertain terms they basically laid out the fact that my mom's battle against Lung Cancer is going to require Hospice care. Considering my mom is only 63 years old... and we were reaching milestones to where she could start dialing back and taking it easy for her senior years... this is devastating. See... I had hope, and I still hope, that mom can fight this and make it back home. To live the life she worked for.
After the call, I called my dad, who lives out in the North Dakota... and we had the longest conversation we had in probably ten years or so. Granted we ended up talking about his replaying of the 1953 Baseball season using APBA Baseball for Windows. It certainly was the first breath of levity I needed, all things considered.
Then came time to for last night's broadcast... and for the first time, I cried on stream... and prior to last night, the only folks who have seen me cried was my brother a few weeks ago, and my aunt who came by to pick up some things. I've been open and honest with my viewers, as few as I have, regarding my mom's condition, and ya'll know I've posted updates here in this blog day after day. But last night I openly cried on stream... it's just surreal that i just... talked for an hour, talk about mom, what she means to me and all sorts of stuff... and opened up about a whole lot of things, my failures, and how we both expected things to be.
I want to thank everyone who was in the chat during that, ya'll are awesome for just letting me just talk, because it's not easy for me at all, and just vent like that, with no real judgement. Those in the chat, including new viewers were really kind. And once I started talking other stuff like the VHS tapes I've been finding thing started to get on track a bit.... which lead to me recalling the theme for Felix the Cat, of all things.
Now I've been broadcasting regularly on Twitch since January
of 2017, and it has been the only thing I've done where I feel like I
could actually be good at something, and while I may have a small
community of folks that have stuck with me along the way, they are the
best people that I know. It's why I say without question, my twitch
community is awesome.
Now once we got into playing Fall Guys like maybe an hour into the stream (I kept saying we'd get to it but I wouldn't shut up lo)l, but when finally we did, I was joined by long time friends of the channel Felkimchi and PandaSweet for a run in the 'Squads' show... and somehow, some way, we won, with me being the last person standing. Talk about surreal. To have that moment was incredible.
Of course we also played Fallout 76, and Iceman joined me for that, and since he's gone through this sort of things, we ended up just talking during an extra final hour of the stream, in addition to our usual hi-jinks that ensured during our adventures in West Virginia.
Last night's stream will be preserved in an uncut state over on my YouTube channel, and I also segmented out the entire first 90 minutes to keep on Twitch as well.
With everything going on, I barely managed to finish a short story commission based on things in WWE, and got another one to work on, but I'm going to have to delay writing it until probably Friday, because I intend to see my mom today. The person who requested said story understands.
Today's Fitness Boxing 2 daily workout featured Defensive Combo #1, Front-Back Step Combo and Uppercut Combo #2 for only 21 minutes. Woke up later than I intended.... sorry.
"What did the janitor say when he jumped out of the closet?" "Supplies!"

For tonight's stream the plan is to play Star Trek Online, which has a new episode out that sees the STO debute of Gates McFadden who played Dr. Beverly Crusher on TNG. In addition, we'll also play Final Fantasy XIV, we'll do some side quests, maybe some raids and other things. We'll see.
Last night's stream of Final Fantasy XIV saw a huge focus on 6.3 content, namely the story associated with the new Alliance Raid. The Raid itself certainly is incredible, as all the gods introduced for the boss fights looked great... but with it being my first time doing said raid, I had quite a lot of trouble picking up on some of the mechanics, particularly on the final two bosses.
The story on the other had, while cute when going to the Marks of the 12, certainly revealed that there is not anything subtle with the fact that the character of Deryk is the 13th 'god', who is unnamed. At least that is my theory, but a lot of things point to him because of dialog he says.
Beyond the new stuff, I did a couple of side quests and also some roulette runs... and boy did I forget the mechanics on a lot things, granted some of the ones that I was randomly put in were big battles that I only did once. So my gear took a punishment. On the plus side, did discover that that the awesome Hildibrand dance sequence can be viewed again!
For the raid we dropped in on Kalenal while they were also playing Final Fantasy XIV over on twitch.tv/kalenal!
Update on mom is that the doctors discovered an issues in her esophagus that was making it tough for her to swallow but apparently that was easily treatable. They also discovered some apparent spine compression that may be the cause of her weakness in her limbs. As far as the fluid in her lungs, the cause has not been determined but the words of possible heart failure was mentioned... if anyone wants to help out in her fight against lung cancer and these other medical issues, please donate to her gofundme https://gofund.me/6adf8354!
Finished another Dragon Ball short story commission yesterday afternoon, and the streak of those is broken, because the next commission is to be based on Gotham Knights, but I have not played it yet... so I'll have to wing it a bit and rely on what I know of the Bat Family. Should be fun to write!
With Star Trek Online's anniversary coming up, next Thursday's stream will be split between STO and FF14.
Today's Fitness Boxing 2 daily workout featured Straight Combo #1, Double Combo #2 and Triple Combo #1 for 31 minutes.
"What do you call a fish wearing a bowtie?" "Sofishticated."
Song of the Day: Star Shopping by Lil Peep.
For tonight's stream, we're returning one final scheduled time to Persona 4: Arena Ultimax to see the Adarchi story which was originally DLC for the game's initial PS3/Xbox 360 release. Once the story is done, we'll probably jump into the Golden Arena mode or try and knock out a few score attack runs to see if we can get a few achievements.
Last night's stream of Tekken 7 was certainly focused on the story, as we covered the entire story mode... and when everything is laid out... it's quite clear that every one associated with the Mishima clan is an asshole, but the only one who seems to have any justification in their actions is Heihachi, because when his wife ends up being possessed by the devil gene and tries to kill him and he basically acted in self defense... then had concerns about his son Kazuya inheriting his mother's 'gift'... sure he threw him off a fucking cliff, but all things considered, Heihachi is the 'good guy'. Sure he's evil as fuck, but justified to some degree.
Now let's talk about that 'Special' Akuma fight aka the 'Special Chapter.'... it took me three attempts, and I nearly pulled it off in the first attempt. What I ended up doing was basically waiting for Akuma to stop teleporting so that I could wail on him. So that certainly appealed to me.
In addition, we dedicated time to doing all the Character Episodes... and I was surprised to see how many were joke endings, so it raises the question is whose version of events is the true version, since quite a few endings are told from two different points of view. Not sure if I'm buying into Nina being Steve's mother are not.
We put in more time into the Treasure fights to push towards grinding towards various rank achievements and unlocking of items. Speaking of that, unlocked nearly everything in the gallery. I'm actually surprised at how much of this game I'm actually completing.
On a side note, I am counting Tekken 7 as being a game finished because we did do all the lore related stuff, but I do intend to feature it at least a couple of more times because I want to go after some achievements on stream.
Tekken 7 Achievements
You Think You're Tougher Than Me?: Finished the prologue of the main story.

Woke up late this morning because I forgot to take my phone off of vibrate when I was done working yesterday...
Part of why I woke up late was that I got quite a bit of writing done on the latest Spider-Man commission request I received, as figuring out how to trade back and forth between him and Silver Sable has been quite a challenge.

For tonight's stream, we're back to Fallout 76 with my first objective being to see how I can finish that damn quest that Iceman and I started two weeks ago!
Last night's stream of had a weird start as all of the sudden I started having frame drops and a connection issue, and I think it was caused by Steam near as I can tell. This did meant the plan the of starting off with Star Trek Online didn't exactly happen the way I wanted. But we did check out the one new mission... which is basically a glorified tutorial for the new Task Force Operation which takes place inside of the mirror version of V'Ger. The new 'episode' was solid as it advanced the plot, but Wil Weaton's performance as 'Emperor Wesley Crusher' left a lot to be desired. Did like how Admiral Leeta tried to save the day herself, and how the mirror counterpart of my character realized what 'Emperor Crusher' is doing is fucking nuts.
Of course now we're going to wait like probably 4 months for the next episodes, because historically, Star Trek Online has not had any new missions debut in October, November or December going back several years. Which forever compounds STO's problem of not having enough content to justify being heavily invested in it.
Anyway, we did play Capcom Arcade 2nd Stardium, and saw that the fighting games are getting the CAPSO bonus this week. After the stream, I did do what I aid I was going to do and grind out a bunch of CAPSO, currently sitting at 12,200,000... only need 98,000,000 more to get the Class 20 achievement, but I did knock out the Class 10 one. Also during the stream placed a couple of time trials for Street Fighter Alpha 2 and Vampire Savior, being in the top 20 and top 10 respectively
Capcom Arcade 2nd Stadium Achievements
C Average: Reach Class 10: Jurist.
Also played Fall Guys, and managed to actually win an episode via being in a random squad. Did have a rough go of it on a number of things, in particular the Roll On race I had a lot of problems with. We were joined by PandaSweet for some fun as well, which is always a treat!
For the raid we dropped in on Lunar_Princess who was play 'Test, Test' over at twitch.tv/Lunar_Princess! They have also worked out how to capture footage from their Nintendo 3DS, so that is something to look forward to on their stream!
Today's Fitness Boxing 2 daily workout featured Difficult Challenge Combo #1, Block Combo and Difficult Challenge Combo #3 for 34 minutes.
Work was absolute torture yesterday... because it started off incredibly well... but the last couple of hours just dragged. At least I hit my personal target goals for the day. But then I saw I'm basically being screwed today.

For tonight's stream, we're back to Fallout 76 to see what story arcs we can advance. Also as usual we may be joined by Iceman late in the stream..
Last night's stream of Overwatch was pretty solid, we didn't quite get have many wins, and I certainly felt let down in some instances based on some of the things I saw... hell it got so bad in some cases I completely checked out of a few matches. I finished those matches but I certainly wasn't putting in a max effort. Did pick up one play of the game as Reinhardt. Other characters used were D.va, Symmetra, Moira, Brigitte and Orissa.
Did have to try and answer question for someone regarding purchasing Overwatch, as it's no longer separately on Blizzard Battle Net. Up until the conversion for Overwatch 2, if you pre-order its Watchpoint pack, you'll be able to start playing Overwatch and be able to start playing Overwatch 2 the day the conversion happens.
Thank to ciscvv2 for dropping a follow on my Twitch channel during last night's stream!
For the raid we dropped in on MommyBee as they were playing Disney Dreamlight Valley over on twitch.tv/mommybee!
Side Note: Last night's stream did not feature any interruptions, marking the first time since Wednesday I had an event free day when comes to dealing Xfinity.
Today's Fitness Boxing 2 daily workout featured Advanced Combo #1, Sway Back COmbo and Beginner Combo #2 for 34 minutes.
Felt a bad headache coming on during last night's stream, and that normally is a slight warning that I have a small bout with a cold coming my way in the next few days. Joy.
Started working on the 3rd commission story request I've received in 3 days, and I'm totally not going to go for trying to keep folks in character with how they are portrayed currently on WWE programming. I did get like 66% of it written before I fell asleep last night.
Both of my Fantasy Baseball Teams have made the playoffs in their respectively leagues, each as the number six seed.
Made sure to do the pre-patch install of the new content that is going live for Star Trek Online tomorrow night. I actually forgot that I said we'll be featuring the new stuff on Tuesday night's stream.
What do you call a bear with no teeth? A gummy bear.

Because of the fact that last Saturday's stream will probably not be viewable on YouTube until I edit out basically all of the music from the MultiVersus half of the stream, I went ahead and enabled streamer mode for that game so that will not be an issue going forward.

Last night's stream did not have one instances of a complete break in the action, which was good considering all three games we played involved online play!
First up was Star Trek Online, which we featured mostly for the Risa Summer event, so that meant we got to put on the swimsuit attire and do things like hover boarding, sand castle building, dance-off, and other activities. Since it is a limited-time event, it seemed like a good excuse to show-case it on a night where I didn't want to start up anything or continue things that are already in progress.
Second up, we did in deed play ranked matches using the Capcom Fighting Collection. I was pleasantly pleased with how there was little latency, as the roll-back netcode certainly worked. Now I did lose a lot more than I won, but I did manage to stay fairly competitive with only a few instances of being blown out. Some of the came played against other players were Super Puzzle Fighter II, Gem Fighter, Hyper Street Fighter II and Darkstalkers.
Lastly, we loaded up Smite to close out the night, playing five arena matches using Athena, Ganesha, Nu Wa, Cupid to knock out a lot of the weekly quests. I played as Nu Wa twice as I finally got her second character related achievement called Clay Explosion, which involved some good timing and luck to execute. We were joined by LvStkr for several matches, which was awesome.
SMITE Achievements
Clay Explosion: As Nu Wa deliver the killing blow by exploding Clay soldiers with Shining Metal.
Big thanks to Kalenal for the huge raid as they were playing Tunic over at twitch.tv/kalenal! Kalenal mentioned they reached the final boss, but it has multiple forms that they were not expecting, so keep an eye out for when they next play Tunic, because they might be finishing it!
Following my stream, we dropped in on Lunar_Princess who was playing Grandia HD Remaster over at twitch.tv/lunar_princess! It's been a while since I've seen them streaming, so it was real awesome to see them being all bananas about things.
Watched the Stargate SG-1 Episode 'The Broaca Divide' (Season 1, Episode 4) last night after the stream, where the team brings back a virus that starts to de-evolve everyone because of low levels of histamine. I could draw some parallels between this episode and the Star Trek Episode 'The Deadly Years', which kind of has a similar set up with the whole a virus causes a drastic transformation, but it's a pretty common trope to see through out a lot of Science-Fiction shows. Couple of things that stand out about the episode is how hot as hell Amanda Tapping is when an infected Carter goes after O'Neil, plus this was also an episode that introduced Janet Frasier as the lead medical doctor on the show in a reoccurring role for the remainder of the series. Also enjoyed how Teal'c got some stuff to do on his own, and his 'I am not Lucy' exchange with O'Neil is cute bite of comedy.
Today's Fitness Boxing 2 daily workout featured Body Hook Combo, Double Combo #2 and Weaving Combo #1 for 31 minutes
According a notice on my job's announcement feet, my holiday weekend is extended through today, well I knew about this on Friday. Still I want to at least make sure my schedule for next week is locked in.
Yes, I am disgusted that there was yet another Mass Shooting yesterday, this time during a parade. I really want to punch Ted Cruz in the mouth because it's because of people like him that allow these things to happen by not restricting the sale of weapons that should not be sold to the general public. To add to this point, at exactly 12:30 AM last night I heard gun fire... and I know it was gun fire because fire crackers and similar type items sound different

For tonight's stream, we're getting back to Persona 4 Arena, as the plan is to knock out two more story mode arcs, and clear another arcade run.
That said, last night's stream of Overwatch was rather solid, while we did have a couple of hiccups on the stream, there were no major issues. Big thanks to PandaSweet for being apart of the fun. I picked up three Plays of the Game, all as D.va, and Panda also nabbed one as Zenyatta. Characters I ended up using over the course of the night included Reinhardt, Reaper, Ana, Junkrat, Moira, Brigitte,Tracer and of course, the before mentioned D.va.We discovered that in skirmish mode we can stand on the heads of enemy players, which was a bit silly. On a side note, I seem to be in a trend of getting big triple and quadruple kills on the Gibraltar map.
For last night's raid we dropped in on GlorifiedThief who was play AI: The Somnium Files - Nirvana Imitative over at twitch.tv/glorifiedthief.
Today's Fitness Boxing 2 daily workout involved Hook Combo #2, Beginner Combo #1 and Left-Right Step Combo for 28 minutes.
Went after several achievements in the Capcom Fighting Collection after the stream, including the ones focused around Hyper Street Fighter II: The Anniversary Edition... and yes I fully cheesed it, using a second controller to force my way to getting the fight with Akuma, then somehow barely managed to beat him. So at this point we have 31 of the games 45 achievements unlocked, and from what I see the rest involving grinding or hitting some damn near impossible to do moves.
Capcom Fighting Collection Achievements
Master of the Fist: In "Hyper Street Fighter II: The Anniversary Edition", fight the secret boss Akuma in a CPU match.
Collateral Damage: In "Hyper Street Fighter II: The Anniversary Edition", destroy a background object.
The Path of the Warrior: Complete "Hyper Street Fighter II: The Anniversary Edition" in offline mode.
Collection Champion: Complete each game in the collection.
Practice Makes Perfect: In any game, deal 1,000 damage or higher to an opponent in training mode.
Record Breaker: In any game, get 1,000,000 points or higher in offline mode.
The Lessons of Saikyo Style: In "Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo", successfully perform a Super KO.
Puppet Master: In "Vampire Hunter 2: Darkstalkers' Revenge", use the secret character Marionette.
Come On, Baby: In "Vampire Hunter 2: Darkstalkers' Revenge", hit any character with Demitri's Midnight Bliss.
We have passed 3,500 Xbox achievements with a gamer score of 82,767. Not bad for only having Xbox Consoles for 2 and a half years.
Played some Overwatch 2 last night as well, continuing to practice playing as D.va to get an idea of how much she can take in situations where trying to manage her defense matrix.
I would say Happy Independence Day, but how can we celebrate the Fourth
of July when in the past two weeks rights and freedoms for many in the
United States have been taken away because of a handful of individuals
in the pocket of Mitch McConnell and the Republican party? And those
corrupt individuals have the balls to say 'no one should be protesting
their actions' and they 'deserve a good nights rest' goes to show what
types of fucking idiots they are. But let's face it, America is no
longer the land... and it's the Republican party who are to blame, for
they are the party who embraced Corporate involvement back in the 1980s
and who ties everything to a bogus 'faith'.

For today's stream we are going to play some Star Trek Online, namely we're going to drop in on Risa, and more than likely we might also mess around with some other stuff too.
Well last night's stream was a hell of a showcase for the Capcom Fighting Collection, and I'll give my impressions of the games shortly. We did have two instance of a full network bandwidth issues... which is amazing considering we had no issues on Friday night! Also there was a couple of power outages following the stream, and one this morning. Hopefully that is not something I'm going to have to start worrying about.
Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors - I have played this before, because I have the PlayStation port, so playing the arcade perfect port wasn't that much different. For all the Darkstalkers games I played as Morrigan because she is the one character from the franchise that I was familiar with because her basic set of special moves are all performed similar to the traditional Capcom shotos (Ryu/Ken/Sakura).
Night Warriors: Darkstalkers' Revenge - First time playing it, this was clearly an upgraded version of the first Darkstalkers game, just with additional characters. Not much of a game play difference. This introduces Donovan and as well as a headache for me trying to understand the Darkstalker timeline when it comes to the remaining 3 games in the series. Also this Nigh Warriors also had the same 'special meter' from X-Men: Children of the Atom.
Vampire Savior: The Lord of Vampire - First time playing the 3rd game in the Darkstalkers series, and this does away with the usual two of three round format with a near continuous fight approach, where remaining health carries over between when someone is knocked out. It's very similiar to the the home releases of the X-Men vs Street Fighter, Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter and Marvel vs Capcom on the PlayStation.
Vampire Hunter 2: Darkstalkers' Revenge - First time playing, and the game play is the same as Vampire Savior, but the game itself seems to me more of a sequel to Night Warriors: Darkstalkers Revenge based on the attract screen... and also the fact that Night Warriors: Darkstalkers' Revenge was called Vampire Hunter in Japan. Also of note this game was never released outside of Japan... and based on its game play, outside of the roster, nothing seems improved from Vampire Savior.
Vampire Savior 2: The Lord of Vampire - First time playing, and well, and like VH2:DR, this game was also never released outside of Japan... and the titles just makes things more confusing. Also of note, the attract screen features B.B. Hood holding Lilith by her skull, while in VH2:DR, it's Donovan holding Morrigan by her skull. So are their parallel timelines in the Darkstalkers canon over? Also, game play is the same as VS:TLOV
Cyberbots: Fullmetal Madness - I have played this before as part of the Capcom Arcade Cabinet, and I learned that it was a spin off of Armored Warriors, a Capcom Beat 'Em Up, that I have played before... and was wondering if there was a connection since some of the mech-sprites appeared in the Beat 'Em Up. Went through the arcade mode of Jin, which comes across as just the major points of an mid-90s anime. Gameplay does have some major difficulty scaling towards the end of the arcade ladder.
Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo - Obviously I'm very familiar with this, since I did featured the HD Remix version a lot on stream. The arcade version does have a charm to it, and we nearly had a perfect run, but as usual, but I made some mistakes at the end when facing Akuma when reaching the final opponent... so it was no different than when I was playing the HD Remix version.
Super Gem Fighter Minimix - I have played this before, as apart of the Street Fighter Alpha Anthology collection, in fact we streamed that earlier this year, and there seems to be some subtle differences between how both versions play, at least in terms of how responsive the controls felt.
Hyper Street Fighter II: The Anniversary Edition - I have played this version before years ago as apart of the Street Fighter 15th Anniversary Collection released on the PlayStation 2 which included Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike and Street Fighter: The Animated Movie. This is my least favorite version of Street Fighter II... and of all the games in the Capcom Fighting Collection, this was the only one we did not beat on stream last night.
Red Earth - First time playing it, before last night the only experience I've had with Red Earth is via Capcom Fighting Evolution, and boy does Red Earth come across as ambitious but rubbish. It's a beautiful game, but the hit detection is all over the place in that you have to be standing in exactly the right spot to get anything done. We went through the arcade mode as Tessa because why the hell not, and learned quickly that heath does not fully regenerate between fights for anyone, and if you are continuing, the enemy doesn't get it's health back.
Now there are a lot of achievements associated with the Capcom Fighting Collection, and I certainly am not going to go for all of them, there are are few I feel like would be solid to have as accomplishments, but things like beating each game with every characters, get every ending and other nonsense like that has me going 'no'. At least there are no online PVP achievements.
Also we did included some Fall Guys last night, big thanks to PandaSweet and LvStrkr for being apart of the squad as I got my first win and first win with a group! That was a lot of fun.

For the raid we dropped in on TracyDoll who was playing Friday the 13th: The Game over at twitch.tv/tracydoll!
During the stream we got 300 bits from the viewers, and a resub from LvStkr for the 39th month in a row! Always grateful for the continued support! You guys and gals are awesome!
As announced during the stream, my copy of My Little Pony: A Maretime Bay Adventure will be the next game on the PS4 following Persona 5 Strikers.
Today's Fitness Boxing 2 daily workout featured Body Straight Combo, Body Uppercut Combo and Advanced Combo #2 for 31 minutes.
It's the start of a new week which means looking back at all the things we played last week which included Overwatch, Persona 4: Arena, Overwatch 2, Star Trek Online, Fallout 76, Final Fantasy XIV, Persona 5 Strikers, Capcom Fighting Collection & Fall Guys!
Finished the commissioned Halo fic based around Halo 3: ODST, and it came across pretty solid I think. Granted only 1700 words, but with my unfamiliarity with the franchise beyond what clips I can find on YouTube and what I understand from the FanWikis, it's a win-win.

I kind of screwed things up a bit to getting the Brigitte Medic skin for Overwatch by accidentally gifting a tier 3 sub... but oh well, got the skin anyway. And speaking of Overwatch things, its Sunday so we'll be playing that this evening!
The Overwatch 2 Beta did indeed launch and we had a mostly event free run of it, with once moment of Xfinity being a pain and causing issues when I went on break. There is a major issue at the moment for wait times to get to play as a tank or damage roles in Role Queue (average 10 minute and 7 minutes), which means those who like to Flex are often being shoved into Support roles, which I don't mind... still it gets old and tedious when you have people not focusing on the objective at hand. I did find the open queue to be more fun, and I won't be surprise if it ends up seeing the most amount of players with team comps similar to that of Paladins of two tanks, two damage and one support. In terms of characters used, mostly D.va (who I managed to pick up a Play of the Game as) and Moira, but I got in some time as Mercy, Ana, Ashe, Torbjourn, Tracer and I even got to try the newest character The Junker Queen.
Junker Queen's kit certainly is for aggressive players as she has an ability that is similar to Lucio's Speed boost which provided a temporary HP boost to teammates. She also has melee ability that leaves a status effect that does some damage. Her knife throw is interesting with how it can be used to pull an enemy close so that it could combo with the ability I just mentioned. Really not sure what to make of her ultimate.
Now we did start the stream at 30 minutes earlier than normal, and much like with Overwatch on Sundays, around fours in, I switched over to Star Trek Online to run a couple of Task Force Operations... two of which involved timed mechanics that just have things drag out for the sake of dragging things out. The Risa event is returning next week, so we may take part of a stream to check that out for shits and giggles.
Getting back to Xfinity I did not call them after the stream, but I did enable a feature on Twitch that will throw up a standby image in case something goes wrong where the internet doesn't fully go down but at least there is something to indicate to the viewers that there is a problem.
For the raid we dropped in on Glorifiedthief who was playing Golden Sun: The Lost Age over at twitch.tv/Glorifiedthief!
Yesterdays assignment for work saw me interviewing folks about an upcoming congressional election in the Pacific North West... it was a fair survey since both candidates were presented fairly.
Been steadily adding songs to my 'Liked' list on Spotify... even as I try to limit to just hit songs from what I can remember, the list is already huge! At this time the list included 1,409 songs.
Today's Fitness Boxing 2 daily workout featured Difficult Challenge Combo #2, Block Combo and Difficult Challenge Combo #3 for 34 minutes.
The Phillies lost to the Braves last night and the issues of how the line up is going to sake out without Bryce Harper are going to be real apparent for the next couple of months.

For tonight's stream we're going to feature Fallout 76, and I'm kind of curious if the stream problems are tied to me gaming on my PC as opposed to doing stuff on console. I don't think so, but we'll see if there is a pattern.
Last night's stream featured both Final Fantasy XIV and Star Trek Online, however the stream was broken up into two parts because Xfinity was causing some issues. I had problems with them in the afternoon when I was working, lost a couple of completions. I Called Xfinity again, got hung up on, as I was asking for specific information,. So you can imagine how pissed off I was a 1 AM in the morning
Anyway, for the Final Fantasy XIV portion we did the usual bit of the run of the Aglaia alliance raid, plus a trial (which turned out to be against The Mother Crystal), we did some Fishing and some heavy leveling on the Botanist side job. I decided not to do anything with Lancer because of how we were banged the entire back end of the Heavansward Botany quests and started the Stormblood ones as well. With luck we might knock those out all in one go next week.
So I made t he call to do some Star Trek Online, and as per usual with STO, when it came to running Task Force Operations, the fixed time component made some drag super long while at the same time others were done within three minutes or less. Spent some time adding a new uniform for my Captain and showing off some dance emotes at Club 47 as well.
For the raid we dropped in on BaronVizkopa who was also playing Star Trek Online over at twitch.tv/BaronVizkopa!
Today's Fitness Boxing 2 daily workout featured Double Combo #2, Triple Combo #1 and Weaving Combo #1 for 31 minutes. As a reminder, after hitting Sophie's Contender yesterday, we're back to using Bernardo as the trainer in pursuit of the Bernardo's Champion EX achievement.
While the Senate passed its first gun violence related bill since the mid-1990s, the Supreme Court of the United States made things more complicated by ruling against New York stats gun carried laws, which in turn could cause problems in New Jersey where I live. It comes as no shock to me that the Supreme Court only 25% of Americans have any real confidence in it.
Going back to talking about work, in the state of Maryland, there is a lot of debate regarding regulation of waste disposal when it comes to the numerous chicken raising facilities throughout the state that are contracted to the likes of Perdue and Tyson Foods. Some folks are really for doing what it takes to protect their communities, but these major companies are quite against anything that affects their bottom line.
How does a penguin build its house? Igloos it together.

For tonight's stream we'll be starting up Persona 5 Strikers, which takes places a few months after the events of Persona 5 Royal.
