We Finished Hades! Woo-Hoo!

 Good morning everyone,

Work yesterday was really meh... was not at all thrilled being stuck on this one assignment while also being plagued with the system not recording my call backs correctly. And I know today is also going to be meh since I'm going to be by myself on a similar assignment.

Last night's stream on the other hand... well you can tell by the title of today's post, we finished Hades, I needed only two clears... I got three done. We got to the end credits, Persephone has returned to the underworld and now ones attention could turn to the 'post game', which features a lot of extended content to resolve the issue between Hades, Persephone and the Olympian Gods. That will require finding a lot of nectar and generally a lot of grinding.

Still, Hades is a game I can easily go back to, I know how to play it, because outside of some of the early runs, every run attempted and successful escape run took about half and hour, with me getting to the Hades fight more often than not. Now hours after the stream I did do another run of Hades and picked up the Something From Everyone achievement to go along with the seven I earned during the stream.

Now the question is, what will replace it in the line up next Thursday? I'm not particularly sure, we could go with an game from the Xbox 360 era? There are a number of quality contenders for that spot of the week!

Hades Achievements

  • Nyx's Mirror: Have at least one rank in each Mirror of Night Talent
  • The Family Secret: Complete the main quest in the story
  • Day-or-Night Trader: Trade 20 times with the Wretched Broker
  • Master of Arms: Fulfill the 'Master of Arms' Prophecy
  • The Useless Trinket: Earn the first of Skelly's prizes
  • Skelly's Last Lamentations: Earn the second of Skelly's prizes
  • Champion of Elysium: Clear Elysium with the 'Extreme Measures' Condition
  • Something From Everyone: Unlock each standard Keepsake

For the raid we dropped in on Kalenal who was a featured streamer for Stream Raiders! They were also playing Final Fantasy XIV over at twitch.tv/kalenal

Of course the plan for tonight's stream is Spider-Man, as we'll be picking up after defeating Shocker... I think I had another set of side activities unlocked beside labs

Recorded another DVD inventory video for my YouTube channel... and safe to say I could not 'show' every DVD I had in one of the two containers I went through because they 'ahem', fall under a more mature rating

Donald Trump was finally indicted... here's hoping he's arrested, tried, convicted and sentenced harshly

Did an extended workout in Fitness Boxing: Fist of the North Star.... because I didn't realize I was selecting the wrong difficulty to chase one in-game achievement!

So on that note we'll see you later over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

Understanding the controls of Resident Evil 5

 Good morning everyone,

Had a hard time sleeping last night, not sure as to why, so now things just feel weird today.

Work yesterday was alright, a combination of two different assignment certainly was weird but we were productive.

Did some light grocery shopping, getting two loafs of bread and other items. Found a decent toilet bowl cleanser. I do need a new toilet bowl brush, since I somehow broke the handle of the one I had.... yeah that was weird folks.

Last night's stream started with Fall Guys, and we made it to the final round twice in regards to solo shows, but I certainly didn't have a good night overall, as I felt cheated on a few of my jumps and dives... then there were the grieffers and trolls who join Duos and Squads to either not attempt to try and just being AFK. Still there were some hilarious moments.

After the break we switched over to Resident Evil 5 and we were joined by Iceman, but he was running a bit late, which allowed me to check out the Mercenary mode and learn how to use the Type D controls, which are RE5's default controls... and I was able to get a better idea of how to actually play. When Iceman was able to join we cleared out the back end of Chapter 2, dealing with two big boss fights with us only dying once.

One thing I did like regarding Mercenary mode was that I got to see what different weapons fired like, and I love the kit that Rebeccs Chambers has. Hopefully her gear can be found in the main story mode!

Resident Evil 5 Achievements

  • Exploding Heads: Pull off 20 headshots.
  • Fireworks: Shoot an enemy Molotov cocktail, dynamite stick, or hand grenade.
  • Completed Chapter 2 - 2: Complete Chapter 2 - 2 on any difficulty setting.
  • Completed Chapter 2 - 3: Complete Chapter 2 - 3 on any difficulty setting.

And yes that food at I had after the break was stuff my Aunt Grace made, and it was delicious!

For the raid we dropped in on tracydoll during their stream of Friday the 13th The Game over at twitch.tv/tracydoll

The plan for tonight's stream is to play Hades, and we need two escapes to complete the main story quest. Once we get the ninth clear, I plan for the 10th run to be the most difficult with many of the Pacts of Punishment turned on. The goal is to try and get as many achievements on that 10th escape because I know Hades is not fought at the very end of it.

Didn't do any writing yesterday, but I did get a few minor things done around the house. Need to figure out which of the grass trimmers work since the grass is starting to grow.

I really should cash out my earnings so far from subscribestar, but that the same time, having it there does serve as a nice backup.

The MLB Season starts today, and it's going to be weird not having the option to watch any Phillies games, but I should be able to turn in for the radio broadcasts.

Found out who the hidden trainer is in Fitness Boxing: Fist of the North Star... and it's Yuria, Kenshiro's beloved. I was not expecting that based on who would make the most sense from what I know of Fist of the North.

And on that note we'll see you later over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

We Finished Hi-Fi Rush!

Good morning everyone,

Had another rough start to my day, waking up a bit before 6 AM but feeling not doing anything... but this is why I give myself little daily goals.

Work yesterday was good, sure I was not thrilled with the assignment but hey, two complete interviews are two complete interviews.

Last night we did finish Hi-Fi Rush, granted I did delay things by going after the achievement for completing all the combos in the Training Room. Once that was done, it was a straight forward thing getting through the final level and dealing with the final bosses. I really liked how the game ended one the 'there's more to do', but at the same time I kind of wished going back to find things in various levels didn't involve all the cut scenes... but oh well.

Out of the games 61 achievements, I managed to knock out 31 one of them, with quite a few being diamond. There is certainly a lot of things for people to do who want to get every achievement for completion, but several achievements involve having to do multiple runs of the game on various difficulties... which is certainly asking a lot of gamers who just chase 1,000 Gamer Score.

Now the next game to take over on Mondays & Tuesdays will be New Tales From The Borderlands. A normal playthrough is estimated to only take 9 hours or so, so that seems doable to me for a new night stretch next week

Hi-Fi RUSH Achievements

  • OK, I THINK I know what I'm doing now: Successfully pull off every combo and attack in the Training Room.
  • I play my own way!: Purchase and equip your first Special Attack.
  • You must like calling me in, Chai: Destroy 50 barriers by calling in Peppermint.
  • Time to pay up!: Settle the bill with the head of Finance.
  • Easy Listening: Finish the game completing every level on the Easy difficulty.
  • Who's the boss now?: Take it up with the CEO, and come out on top.
  • Wanna hear my playlist?: Change the background music in the hideout.
  • That's a lot of junk metal…: Destroy 500 Vandelay security robots.
  • Chip-tuned: Increase your chip slots to the maximum capacity.
  • Out in a puff of smoke: Put out 10 fires in battle with Korsica. (Enemies included.)

For the raid we dropped in on misscammi316 while they were playing Grand Theft Auto V over at twitch.tv/misscammi316

The plan for tonight's stream is of course Fall Guys & Resident Evil 5... who hilarious things will happen to me this week in both games.

Spoke with my brother and the big plan is get a lot of large stuff out of the house on Saturday, April 8th. This way I can finish the basement and start getting a handle on things up in what is supposed to be the dining room.

Got some writing done for the Mass Effect short story commission, and I would dare say it's already about 30% complete. Yay me! Have not figured what the next SubscribeStar Exclusive story will be, I'm leaning Star Trek again...

Watched the Top Gear Vietnam special last night, and that still holds up as one of the better road trips Clarkson, Hammond and May went on.

I was having a question regarding what is going towards earning stars on Regular and Hard versions of exercises in Fitness Boxing: Fist of the North Star... and I just realized it only counts if I haven't done an exercise on that setting yet.

So on that note we'll see you later over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

We Knock Out A Huge Chunk Of Hi-Fi Rush

 Good morning everyone,

Last night's stream of Hi-Fi Rush saw us getting through chapters 4 through 9 of the game, and sure it went over five hours because I did kept searching for secrets and stuff through out every stage. I really enjoyed the art style and music, the game is easily a sleeper hit for me. And there is incentive to revisit the game to find things that I miss and take advantage of a probably New Game Plus to reach areas I couldn't in earlier parts of the game. Assuming that is a thing.

The twist that Peppermint is Kale's sister was a twist I didn't realize, and it was oh so obvious to me before I started putting a few things together in the Museum stage.

That said, we're in real good shape to finish Hi-Fi Rush tonight, so we'll probably pair it with something else. I'm tempted on doing it with Hades... but other possibilities include Smite, Divine Knockout or some other nonsense to serve as a back up game.

Hi-Fi RUSH Achievements

  • Whoa! There's ANOTHER health bar!?: Increase your health to where you unlock a second tier.
  • This will cost you big time: Drain development's budget, removing creative control.
  • Uh, they were broken when I got here: Destroy 200 Vandelay security robots.
  • Z-shielding's got nothing on us!: Shatter 10 enemy shields by calling in Macaron.
  • The Negotiator: Remove the head of Security from the equation.
  • I have to read these things?: Find and read half of the Vandelay Vlogs on the campus.
  • There's such a thing as TOO helpful: Find and engage with every Smidge, while completing all of his practice tips.
  • Kissing the sky!: Perform 50 Aerial Raves.
  • Check out my moves!: Purchase every combo and partner attack.
  • Headliner: Be the showstopper for the head of Marketing.

Big thank you to Kalenal for the Raid followering their stream of Pokemon Scarlet over at twitch.tv/kalenal

For my raid, we dropped in on PowerThumbz during stream of Dead by Daylight over on twitch.tv/powerthumbz

The developers of MultiVersus announced the game is going on hiatus, and a lot of folks are pissed because it wasn't really stated that this entire time was an Open Beta. I suspect the death of Kevin Conroy (the voice of Batman) may have been a factor because, since no new characters were added to the game since he passed away, and there was a real long content drought. Hell most know I stopped playing it because it started feeling monotonous and I banged out quite a few tough achievements.

My idea of using a Splitter to divert the HDMI signal from the output of my capture card to a monitor and TV didn't work the way I hoped it would... but I did found a three-way HDMI splitter so now I don't have to disconnect the Nintendo Switch, Xbox One or Xbox Series consoles. Will need to do so for the PlayStation related consoles because they are positioned further away from the others.

I do have a new commission short story request based around Mass Effect, namely Mass Effect 3. I think I'll try to keep it straight forward, unless I can find specific dialog transcripts.

Did pick up am Amazon Fire Stick, because it didn't occur to me until after I moved the TV from the living room to my basement that if I have family come over, and if they bring their kids there is nothing to entertain them.

Also figured out how to make YouTube shorts... so that could be a thing I do going forward.

So on that note we'll see you later over at twitch.tv/fredcasden

Big night of Overwatch

Good morning everyone,

Last night's stream got off  to a rough start as my mic wasn't quite working correctly, warranting a stream restart. First time that's ever happened.

Once that was sorted, we got down to playing Oveewatch 2, big thanks to PandaSweet for being apart of the fun. We certainly were hampered by some noobs who clearly had no clue of what they were doing, but we did won a lot more than we lost. I picked up four plays of the game (1 as Moira, 2 as Reinhardt and 1 as Junker Queen), which means this months collection of Plays of the Game for March is at 18 (assuming I don't get one in an off-stream session).

Other characters used were Orisa, Wrecking Ball, Ana, Mei, Junkrat, and a handful of others.

Did discover that the analog stick on my Xbox One controller does have some drift, mostly moving in an upward direction. So will have to track down a back up wireless controller for it at some point if it get worse.

For the raid we dropped in on Flint_Locke who was doing a voice acting stream of the visual novel Hotoful Boyfriend over at twitch.tv/flint_locke

The plan for tonight's stream is of course Hi-Fi Rush, picking up at Chapter 4 I believe, and if things go right we could knock out a huge chunk of the game tonight. Yes we are looking for the possibility of finishing Hi-Fi Rush this week, and what we do tonight will determine that.

With the strong possibility of finishing Hades on Thursday, I'll have to consider what to do with the Thursday night streams.

Finished up both the Dragon Ball short story commission and the original idea I had for an All That story. The first is already up on my Subscribestar page and will be posted publicly after the 28th, the later will be exclusive for my Subscribestar followers for the month of April

Ended up doing more organizing of things in the basement, getting the shelves in order mostly as I do want to move away from using crates as make-shift 'bookcases'

Also ended up watching Space Jam last night, for no real reason, just wanted to watch something silly.

So on that note we'll see you later over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

Constantly Getting Loss Is apart of the ESO experience

Good afternoon everyone,

Last night's stream of Elder Scrolls Online certainly was interesting. Of course were were joined by Striker and made some progress knockout a few side quests... but them my in ability to actually finding my way from point A to point B popped up... and somehow, I kept losing track of wherever Striker went, like there were no on-screen indicator of how to track him down. Then on top of that, we ran into a glitched quest... as if that has never happened before  in a Bethesda game I've played.

Still, did have my first group Dungeon experience, and there is clearly some long queue times, in fact nearly two hours waiting in the queue to get into a dungeon. Still it's very straight forward, and much like with Final Fantasy XIV, you will not see my ass tanking or playing a mage in ESO, because it's tough enough playing the role of a damage dealer!

For the raid we dropped in on Kalenal while they were playing Final Fantasy XIV over at twitch.tv/kalenal

Of course it's Sunday night, which means Overwatch 2 is on tonight's agenda, with the super casual approach I'm taking since I've already knocked out the Season's Battle Pass

Heard an interesting fan theory that connects Mass Effect Andromeda's Vetra to Mass Effect's lead villain Saren, indication that she is his daughter. There are a lot of hoops to job through to make that work, but there are lot of tie-ins between ME:A and the rest of the franchise that works on so many levels.

Got a fair amount of writing done yesterday for the Dragon Ball short story commission, don't think it'll pass 2000 words in total though.

Made the mistake in saying I needed a HDMI switcher when what I need is an HDMI splitter, this way I can take the output signal that passes through my capture card  and direct to the monitor and TV.

Recorded the 3rd video of a series involving going through a bunch of 45s to see if I can find the music on them on Spotify. The video of that experience will be on YouTube around April 17th

Rearranged a large chunk of my basement as well, my bed is no longer viewable on camera, the stacks of DVD cases are off the one side. I'm really thinking of just getting a fairly sized rug to throw down on the floor. Everything is not where I want it to be yet as I still need to get the deep freezer out of here... but it is closer to how I wanted it to look for years.

And on that note we'll see you later over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

So much to do in Spider-Man

Good afternoon everyone,

I must have been exhausted yesterday, because I slept for nearly 12 hours today....

Work yesterday was... alright, got one complete interview, but the shift was ended much earlier than anyone would have thought. Five bucks says its because of the lack of people willing to work Friday afternoons. Really should consider working Mondays instead of Fridays.

Moved the flat-screen TV that was in the living room down to the basement, and how I figure is that once certain furniture is moved around, it'll be in a perfect spot for when doing any local co-op. I should get a second HDMI splitter for output from the Elgato this way I can switch between the TV and my main monitor. Will I get a Roku or a similar type device? At some point yeah, but it's a very low priority

Last night's stream of Spider-Man certainly saw a big example of my focus when it comes to open-world games, as I spent a large amount of time on the side activities, doing all of the King Pin's bases, finding all the landmarks and doing nearly all of the Science Labs... only to find out, a couple require specific skills unlocked! Boo! But we did kick Shocker's ass a couple of times, ran into Mary Jane and had a fun time seeing the plot slowly (very slowly) advance.

I did look at the trophy list  and I can almost guarantee I'm not going for 100% completion, but I will do as much as I can that seems reasonable But near as I can tell, I'm going to end up doing a lot of the main story in next week's stream as I need to level up to unlock specific skills..

Marvel's Spider-Man Trophies

  • Spider-Man About Town: Greet 10 citizens
  • All the King's Men: Take down each Fisk Hideout
  • Sightseeing: Photograph all Landmarks on the Map
  • Neighborhood Watch: Complete all Faction Crimes in a district
  • Sticky and Tricky: Chain 4 unique tricks before landing
  • Snappy Dresser: Wear 5 new Spider-Suits
  • Shock and Awe: Defeat Shocker

For the raid we dropped in on maximilian_dood who was playing the new Resident Evil 4 remake over at twitch.tv/maximilian_dood

The plan for tonight's stream is more Elder Scrolls Online, as Striker and I will continue out quests and adventures. Back up plans include things like Smite and other stuff.

This week's Fitness Boxing Fist of the North Stats are

  • 51% of Achievements Unlocked
  • Punches Thrown: 8803
  • Estimated Calorie Burn: 3545.76
  • Fitness Age: 19

Have to make sure I do the dishes today, used a lot more than usual this week because of all the fresh food I got to eat!

Also plan to do some writing on the Dragon Ball shorty story commission, already got the basic intro written, granted I had to do do a time skip to get things lined up to when Videl and Gohan are married.

And on that note we'll see you later over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

We Had THREE Successful Escapes In Hades?!

Good morning everyone,

Despite how yesterday started, work was incredible with four complete interviews, and the shift nearly went as long as I schedule myself for!

Also spoke with my uncle Abraham yesterday afternoon, talked alot about food... what can I say... in my family, we like to eat!

Last night's stream of Hades got off to a shaky start because of issues caused by a surprise update to the Xbox consoles, but then we pulled off three straight successful escapes, two with the spear, and one with the bow. The plot over how Persephone ended up in the underworld and the possible war that could erupt between the gods is certainly an interesting twist.

So now I'm up to eight escapes, with a streak of four in a row. I could have gone for a ninth escape last night, but that would mean the single objective for next Thursday would be to just clear one escape to finish the main story. So I ended the stream at about the 4 hour mark to preserve the idea of finishing the game next week.

Hades Achievements

  • Back to Work: Earn access to and enter the Administrative Chamber
  • Blood Bound: Max any Weapon Aspect
  • Thanks, But No Thanks: Purge a Legendary Boon

For the raid we dropped in on caphrine_ while they were playing Apex Legends over at twitch.tv/caphrine_

The plan for tonight's stream is of course, Marvel's Spider-Man on the PS4. I am going to lower the combat difficulty, and first focus on finding all the Kingpin bases through out the city. Yes I am taking the approach I use in every other open world game I've played

Picked up three t-shirts associated with 93.3 WMMR, a local radio station here in the Philadelphia area. Mostly to replace a few shirts that I regularly wear. It's good to retire shirts from time to time, particularly when I rotate through the same 20 shirts

Need to remember to pick up some milk and bread over the weekend.

Finished writing the Daria story to fulfill a commission request, and started work on the next commission request for another Dragon Ball related story. Hopefully that won't take a week to finish

So on that note we'll see you later over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

Hey... finally played a Resident Evil game on stream!

Good morning everyone,

I will admit today was one of those days where I didn't feel like I getting out of bed, like I heard my alarms going off, but I just didn't feel like moving as I just laid in bed thinking to several hours. This reflected on my Fitness Boxing workout this morning as well, as I only did 18 minutes.

Anyway, work yesterday was... shorter than expected, but the assignment was interesting, as we were interviewing folks in New York regarding a public official, and its always interesting to see how people answer when asked straight forward questions.

Last night's stream opened with Fall Guys, and I was apart of a winning show in a squad. With the double XP on Show points, we were able to gain a lot of shards considering I have the base battle pass completed. I do have to point out that reoccurring problem of Fall Guys just starting duo and squad shows with teams that are at an unfair disadvantage. Squads are supposed to be teams of fours... but if your team only has three people, you're basically screwed from the word go!

We also played Resident Evil 5, and we have to thank Iceman for being apart of the fun on this, as I was certainly struggling in dealing with the controls which aren't as good as I would expect considering the types of enemies running around. Still since it was designed with co-op in mind, having Iceman's help and experience meant we kept the death count fairly down. I think if Capcom designed the game with mobility in mind, it would be a lot more straight forward in being able to handle things.

That said, we did knock all of chapter one and the first half of chapter two... and the boss fights we encountered certainly were more puzzle based than I anticipated. Although one encounter resulted in us both being roasted alive!

Resident Evil 5 Achievements

  • Completed Chapter 1 - 1: Complete Chapter 1 - 1 on any difficulty setting.
  • Completed Chapter 1 - 2: Complete Chapter 1 - 2 on any difficulty setting.
  • A Cut Above: Defeat 5 enemies with the Knife.
  • Completed Chapter 2 - 1: Complete Chapter 2 - 1 on any difficulty setting.

For the raid we dropped in on pradoxgamerau who was playing Stellaris over at twitch.tv/pradoxgamerau

The plan for tonight stream is to continue Hades, We already have five escapes under out belt, and we need five more! If we get can get two done tonight that would be awesome! Of course the success of each run depends on the weapon along with the boons we're able to pick up along the way.

Basically crashed to bed right after the stream, so I didn't get to do any of the writing I had planned, but I will work on the Daria story after tonight's stream. Or even before, depends on if work if cut short again.

So on that note we'll see you later over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

First Impressions Of Hi-Fi Rush

 Good morning everyone,

First an update regarding my billing issue with PSE&G, apparently, when I got things sorted with the accounts following my mom's passing, no one told me that I would have to wait a billing cycle to have everything implemented back the way it was before. So that explained that sudden panic attack I had.

Anyway, work yesterday was really good, minus the fact the final hour was cut because they needed things fixed for the evening shift... not sure why that would affect those of us on the assignment I've been on since i t doesn't run in the evenings.

Last night we started up Hi-Fi Rush... and I'm really glad I'm playing it on the lowest possible difficulty, because the rhythm patterns and beat isn't something I can hear since I'm not using earbuds or headphones to listen to the game's music. Still I love the art design and the game play is solid. I'm certainly relying on as much basic stuff as I can to overwhelm enemies quickly... and i could do without the parry system.

Still it's very fun and I do find myself looking to explore everything to see if I can find any secrets along the way. Which means that levels that should probably take me 30 minutes to complete take an hour

We'll continue Hi-Fi Rush on Monday, in what I believe is the middle of the third chapters (as we met The 2nd of the ally characters)

Hi-Fi RUSH Achievements

  • Does that say weakpoint?: Destroy QA-1MIL's face, revealing its shame.
  • Feeling the beat!: Land 20 beat-hit attacks on enemies.
  • Start with a bang!: Take out the last line of defense at Quality Assurance.
  • I look cool. But I can look COOLER.: Equip any costume.
  • You can pet the cat!: Play with 808 in the hideout.
  • Who put gears in there?: Destroyed your first golden statue of Kale.
  • Cream of the Crop: Come out on top with a battle against the head of Production.
  • Thanks for the free chip, Peppermint!: Purchase and equip your first upgrade chip.
  • You got this, Peppermint?: Destroy 10 barriers by calling in Peppermint.
  • Perfect Parry: Sucessfully parry with perfect timing 15 times.
  • Alright, that felt AWESOME!: Defeated your first enemy with a Rhythm Parry Attack.

For the raid we dropped in on PowerThumbz as he was still playing Prey over at twitch.tv/powerthumbz

The plan for tonight is to open with Fall Guys, then at 9 PM we'll be switching over to Resident Evil 5 with Iceman to continue our co-op adventures!

Got a fair amount of writing done regarding the Daria commission request, I'll be looking to finish it after tonight's stream.

Really pondering how I'll going to layout the basement once the Deep Freezer is out of it, because I think I'll some stuff in that far corner. Really considering adding another bookshelf or two as well.

So on that note we'll see you later over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

Agents of Mayhem Is Finished, How Was My PSE&G Bill $80 Higher Than Expected/!

 Good morning everyone,

Yesterday, with the help of my brother, the couch, the large tv, an exercise bike and other items were removed from the basement, giving me a lot more room to work. I still need to get the deep freezer out as well, but that's going to happen sooner or later.

Also found a box of CDs in the deep freezers, which means I'll need to get more CD binders than I was anticipating to get down the line.

In a bit of a shock, when I finally got my first bill from PSE&G in my name, I was shocked as hell to see it at $255, when I paid $163 in January and $186 in February when it was under my mother's name. Needless to say I was caught off guard by that amount. And the past 30 days wasn't much colder than than previous two months.

Last night's stream of Agents of Mayhem saw us covering the final two story arcs... and the fact that Agents of Mayhem can and will adjust the difficulty on the fly to make things more difficult. Thankfully a trip back to the Ark allowed for the difficulty to be lowered to make sure the final boss fight would go fairly quick. Now there is a post-credit open world, it's set for grinding out every character to get to level 20, plus do other tasks... but I'm not going to dive into that. Maybe as a lark we can re-install Agents of Mayhem just to do a bit of achievement chasing down the line. We'll see

Agents of Mayhem Achievements

  • Hello, Ladies: Collect all agent vehicles.
  • Through the Looking Glass: Complete "Operation: Madhouse".
  • Fall of Babylon: Complete "Operation: Damocles".
  • Not Technically a Golem...: Destroy a golem in the open world.

For the raid we dropped in on the official Twitch channel for Mystery Science Theater 3000 while Attack of the Giant Leeches was airing over at twitch.tv/mst3k

The next big early week game we'll be playing is Hi-Fi Rush, which game out fairly recently

Picked up the remake of House of the Dead for the Nintendo Switch, will be interesting to see how that plays, since I am looking for local couch co-op games to play with my brother and cousin on stream.

It appears work will still see me on the assignment regarding hiring & staffing issues in a state controlled by Republicans... aka psychopaths.

Oddly enough, I have seen a lot of folks asking about Tekken X Street Fighter lately, which was supposed to be the Bandai Namco version of the Street Fighter & Tekken crossover. Considering how we all saw Akuma used in Tekken 7... I think it might be best that we forget about it.

So on that note we'll see you later over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

A Full Fridge Is A Happy Fridge

Good morning everyone,

Yesterday was really cool as my Aunt Grace and Cousin Frances came over with some goodies for the fridge... and as someone who weighs anywhere between 235 and 240 lbs you know I like my goodies! It was great to chat with them for an extended period. I do need to remember to be careful about what I say during the streams, even in joking when it comes to food, since Friday I joked about them saving me a slice of Birthday cake... and the first thing they show me is indeed a slice of birthday cake from my aunt's birthday. (For the record its delicious)

As a lot of folks know I often end my streams by saying tighten your friendship bracelets, stay safe, have a good night and a pleasant tomorrow. The first half of that I got from Fn Dante Savage, and like many things I do on stream, I copied that from him because its such a cool line. Anyway, Frances brought me a Friendship bracelet with ta little charm that is half of a video game console controller and she has the other half. So that is awesome.

Also gave Frances my old Blue Snowball Microphone, and a few things my mom had to my Aunt (one of the Heart Shaped clocks and a couple of other items). It's the first time anything was done with some of moms things since she passed away.

Last night's stream of Overwatch was the usual madcap nonsense, big thanks to PandaSweet for being apart of the all the fun. I picked up a few plays of the games as Orissa, Moira, Reinhard and Torbjourn. Other characters used included Junker Queen, Ana, Wrecking Ball, and a handful of others. Also to my shock I picked up a couple of achievements

Overwatch 2 Achievements

  • Conservation of Energy: Gain 350 shields with a single use of Sigma's Kinetic Grasp in Quick or Competitive Play.
  • Incomparable Pain: Block against 300 or more incoming damage and survive in a single use of Nemesis Form.

For the raid we dropped in on GGVexy while they were playing Sun Haven over on twitch.tv/ggvexy!

Tonight we're looking to Finish Agents of Mayhem, we have two story arcs to do, and then it's pretty much clean up detail on any achievements we want to try and get out of the game.

Today is going to be a rough day as the moving of furniture will be happening. Thankfully my brother Leo has a plan and I took the time to move things around so that things could be done with as little obstructions as possible. In fact I got started last night but managing to get a TV halfway towards the door... by literally flipping it end over end

Didn't get to do as much writing as I planned to yesterday, that's my own fault.

So on that note we'll see you later over on twitch.tv/fredcasden!

Another Saturday In ESO

Good morning everyone,

God a small bit of writing done yesterday, a lot less than I planned because I got caught up with some things around the house, laundry, dishes and other stuff. Oh well.

Did have a hard time getting the stream started last night, as my Internet speeds were way down from what I'm now paying. It sorted itself out, but again it proves to me Comcast can really be a pain in my ass at the wrong times!

Last night's stream of Elder Scrolls Online was a lot of fun, as Striker and I got a lot of side quests done. Striker went ahead earlier in the day to find a lot of the fast travel points which cut down on travel time. The story in Vvardenfell is getting pretty good as it turns out the cause of the living god's depleting power is caused by a dude named Chode... not really his name, but I call him Chode. The in-game wanted level is certainly a hindrance, and I can imagine if you don't have a Soul Gem to revive where you die it gets even worse. I mean I get why it's such a thing, but the time it takes to deplete just acts as a real deterrent of going into the towns for quest progression

Anyway, I really did enjoy the side quest for the Scarlet Judge, and love that we were awarded with the attire of the in-game vigilante to wear as a costume.

For the raid we dropped in on Hawleigh who was doing a Food and Drink stream over at twitch.tv/hawleigh

It's Sunday which means tonight's stream will be featuring Overwatch 2! Voice chat will be in my Discord!

Expecting a visit from my Aunt Grace and Cousin Frances this afternoon, which will be really cool

Something I forgot to get when I did a small bit of grocery shopping the other day was getting some moon pies... I mean come on, they go great with RC Cola! (Yes I prefer RC Cola to Coke and Pepsi)

Really looking forward to getting some things out of the Basement, it'll really open up things up and I can make it look nicer on camera.

My NCAA tournament brackets are already invalid...  then again I just made picks at random, so I'm not surprised at all!

So I unlocked Advanced Combo #2 in Fitness Boxing: Fist of the North Star and talk about a nightmare and is probably the most difficult combination of motions I've seen in the Fitness Boxing games so far, because it involves Sways,Blocking Motions and Body Hooks. Doing it on Hard Difficulty and at a Fast pace was just brutal!

So on that note we'll see you later over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

Spider-Man for the PS4 Is Pretty Fun

Good morning everyone,

Work yesterday was another solid day, but they called shift early because not enough people want to work the final hour on a Friday afternoon. Still it was a productive day and I like that

Did some light grocery shopping to supplement some things, adding a couple to provide some variety to what I've been eating.

Last night's stream of Marvel's Spider-Man was a lot of fun, we're playing it on Friendly difficulty, and I could take it or leave it with the combat, while trying to keep track with a lot of enemies. I do struggle with larger enemies, to the point the Kalenal pointed out that I should try not getting hit (good advice by the way). Still, I did enjoy a lot of the game mechanics when it came to web slinging and went about getting all of the Backpacks collected and fixing all of the towers.

Basically I'm taking the same approach I had with Saints Row '22, in doing every new task first before advancing the main story. It's how I get the most out of open world games, plus it keeps me from having to think to much in regards to keeping various game gimmicks in mind.

I did run into one notable issue with Spider-Man, and that's the lack of foresight when it came to quips he says after finishing off a group of villains around the city. In fact I could swear I heard the same line three times in less than five minutes,

Marvel's Spider-Man Trophies

  • Knocking Down Kingpin: Defeat Fisk
  • Lost and Found: Collect 5 Backpacks
  • Spider-Sensible: Perfect Dodge 10 attacks
  • Amazing Coverage: All Surveillance Towers activated
  • And Stay Down!: Complete a level 1 Combat Benchmark
  • King of Swing: Complete a level 1 Traversal Benchmark
  • Wing It: Traverse across the city rooftops
  • Backpacker: Collect all Backpacks
  • The Scientific Method: Craft your first Upgrade

For the raid we dropped in on maximilian_dood as their stream was getting started, they took a look at the King trailer for Tekken 8 and tried out a randomizer for Resident Evil 2 Remake. You can check them out at twitch.tv/maximilian_dood

The plan for tonight's stream is to play Elder Scrolls Online, if things fall through we got several alternatives that we can play instead

I will not be surprised if Square Enix ends up being bought out by Sony within the next two years. Not because Sony wants to keep it out of Microsoft's hands, but because Square Enix has been and is making some of the stupidest decisions possible

On Monday, my brother and I are going to try and get a few things out of the basement through the rear doors. For sure an exercise bike and the old couch that used to be featured on my streams is getting tossed. But I need to literally clear a path to get this huge TV out of here as well. Safe to say tonight's stream will look different as a result.

Here is this weeks stats for Fitness Boxing: Fist of the North Star

  • Punches Thrown: 8224
  • Estimated Calorie Burn: 3296 kcal
  • Fitness Age: 18
  • 41% of Achievements Unlocked

Didn't do any writing last night due to the moving of furniture and stuff , but I intend to work on the Daria commission request this afternoon.

And on that note we'll see you later over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

We're Up To 5 Successful Escapes in Hades

Good morning everyone,

Work yesterday was solid, while not as good as Wednesday, it was still a good day on several fronts.

My brother came by and we now have a good idea of how to get some things out from the basement after I cleared away several things. It'll be a snug fit, but we should be able to get the couch, TV and deep freezer out with hopefully little trouble.

Happy Birthday to my Aunt Grace! Woo-Hoo!

Last night's stream of Hades was awesome, as we escaped a 4th and 5th time... and we nearly had six successful attempts, but came up just a bit short. At this point I'm halfway through the main quest of the game. So we need to get through 5 more runs in order to complete the main story. I'm certainly not going to do the Epilogue grind because that would take forever!

So far,  I have made successful escapes 3 times with the Twin Fists, 1 time with the Heart Seeking Bow and 1 time with the Adamant Rail. Still need to accomplish that with the Stygian Blade, Eternal Spear and Shield of Chaos, but I'm not going to stress over that aspect of the game since I know what works with Twin Fists and certainly Adamant Rail if I get the right combinations of Boons and Hammers.

Hades Achievements

  • Blessed by the Gods: Choose 100 different Olympian Boon effects
  • Home Makeover: Pay for 50 jobs from the House Contractor
  • River Denizens: Catch a fish from each region
  • Urge to Sing: Compel Orpheus to sing again

For tonight's stream, we're starting up Marvel's Spider-Man on the PS4, I know... I know, yet another open world game. But hey, have to make use of the PS4 and play the games that are exclusive to it!  We went ahead and installed it last night following the stream. And yes, I do have the Game of the Year edition with all the DLC included

With last' night raid we dropped in on TokuShoutSu during a marathon of Ultraman 80 over at twitch.tv/TokuSHOUTsu

Was given a random giftsub to a channel ran by Caphrine_ last night, they seemed cool. Check them out over at twitch.tv/caphrine_ and the only thing I know is that they were playing Apex Legends.

I am partially attempted to order take out tonight... I mus resist the temptation, because I am trying to eath healthy... 95% of the time.

Saw the trailer for Persona 5: X which is a spin off game with new characters... and I was intrigued... then I learned it was for a mobile game...! Oh well I do have to play the Xbox versions of Persona 3 Portable, Persona 4 Golden and Persona 5 Royal!

Finished writing the Dragon Ball commission request and picked up one for one another Daria story based on the episode 'College Bored'. Already have a huge portion of it written.

So on that note we'll see you later tonight over on twitch.tv/fredcasden!

A Full Night of Fall Guys

Good morning yesterday,

Song of the Day: Strokin' By Clarence Carter

Yesterday was an incredible day of work, one of the best days I've had in quite a while! It was super cool to actually interview people who were interested in the subject matter

Last night's stream of Fall Guys was a lot of fun, as we dedicated the entire night to it. While we didn't win any shows, we did make it the final round several times. And we were joined by Iceman, PandaSweet & FelKimchi for several games. That's right we had an entire squad of players! It certainly lead to a lot of hilarious moments.

We also announced that Resident Evil 5 will be apart of the Wednesday night lines ups starting next week, as that will be the next big co-op adventure game for me and Iceman. It's been a long time since he played it, and I only played it briefly several years ago before I even started streaming. Thank goodness it has an easy mode of sorts!

Following the steam, Iceman and I got to talking about Doctor Who... and while I can recite chapter and verse of the order of the Doctor's regenerations, there was a question over how many the character had with the companions around

The plan for tonight is to continue Hades, as I do want to try and complete seven full escapes to reach the credits to get the 'ending'. Here's hoping we can get a few escapes tonight!

For the raid we dropped in on pradoxgamerau while they were playing Stellaris over at twitch.tv/pradoxgamerau

Made another video going through my DVD collection, and this had a big focus on James Bond films. This will be avaliable on my YouTube Channel around April 5th

Had a talk with my dad this morning... it was interesting... more or less and I'll eave

So on that note we'll see you later over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

When every achievement I can get in AOM is a diamond achievement...

Good morning everyone,

Song of the Day: Where Do I Go From Here? By Al Kent

Work yesterday was pretty solid, felt productive and the rude gate keepers were not as rude as they can be. I sweat if I answered phones the way they did, I would've been fired ten times over!

Last night's stream of Agents of Mayhem saw the completion of two story arcs, one for Steeltoe and the other for Aisha, with the first basically flowing into the later. The best part about it is that the actor who voices D.va in Overwatch is also the voice of all five personas that make up Aisha, so I got to make 'D.va Is Pissed' jokes the entire time. At this point there are two major story arcs left to complete in the main game, which we'll do on Monday's stream.

Now in regards to achievements, Agents of Mayhem wasn't well received by so many people for some inane reasons that it means after a certain point every single achievements is a diamond one, meaning it was unlocked by less than 10% of Xbox players who have played the game.  Now I'm not insane enough to even consider going for completion, because of how much good fortune is involved in getting certain things to appear.

Agents of Mayhem Achievements

  • #SquadGoals: Fully deck out Firing Squad in their signature outfits.
  • Wedding Crasher: Complete "Operation: Machine Man".
  • Broken Hearts Club: Complete "Operation: Red Queen".
  • Contract Killer: Complete 30 MAYHEM & Agent Contracts.
  • Globally Offensive: Complete the Moscow Global Offensive.

For the raid we dropped in on PowerThumbZ as he was still playing Prey over at twitch.tv/PowerThumbz

Now for tonight's stream, we're just playing Fall Guys on tonight's stream as I continue to ponder what will be the next co-op game to play with Iceman. I'm really leaning in towards playing A Way Out or Resident Evil 5.

Of this also raises the question of what game will follow Agents of Mayhem once it's finished, and I'm really leaning towards Hi-Fi Rush

Still not sure what we're starting on Friday's stream in terms of something exclusive to the PlayStation 4.

Did not get any writing done last night, as I got distracted with a few personal projects

And on that note we'll see see you later tonight over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

Progress in Agents of Mayhem

Good morning everyone,

Song of the Day: Can I Change My Time by Tyrone Davis

Yesterday got off to a good start as a new boom arm / mic stand arrive which is a lot more managable than the one I got a few years ago. The key thing is now I can have the mic even further away from the speakers, but it does end up placing it closer to me.

Also had two comic books books, one being the RWBY / Justice League crossover, and the other being the Power Rangers / Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crossover. Really looking forward to reading both.

Last night's stream of Agents of Mayhem saw a big focus on story related content and leveling up some characters. With the exception of Scheherazade, every other agents side stories are completed. We'll be getting to Scheherazade tonight as her unlock missions become available only after the Gaunt story is completed. At this point I can mostly focus on main story stuff, because I am debating putting in the grind to get every Agents up to level 20.

That said, I did notice that as far as the Xbox version of the game goes, not many people actually finished it. I think it was something like 7% of Xbox players finished the main campaign, which is kind of stunning to me. But I kind of figure if I stick with the main missions the rest of the way, I'll finish Agents of Mayhem within three streams.

So the goal on tonight's stream is obvious, unlocked Scheherazade, do her story missions and then tackle the big story arcs!

Agents of Mayhem Achievements

  • Super Agent: Reach level 40 on any agent.
  • Bombshells: Fully deck out the Bombshells in their signature outfit.
  • Three's Company: Fully deck out Carnage a Trois in their signature outfits.
  • You Got Gaunt!: Complete "Operation: Star Power".
  •  All the Bells and Whistles: Fully upgrade all areas of the ARK

For the raid we dropped in on Kalenal while they were playing Pokemon Scarlet over at twitch.tv/kalenal

My brother hooked me up with some food from Checkers yesterday, it made for a nice change of pace of eating healthy.

You know, there are times I truly believe Naoki Yoshida aka Yoshi-P is a complete idiot... and it's mostly due to him trying to justify something stupid like only a PlayStation console can handle anything Final Fantasy related.

Got some writing done on the Dragon Ball short story commission, using flash backs have allowed for it to flow a lot better.

So on that note we'll see you later over on http://twitch.tv/fredcasden

We got achievements while playing Overwatch?!

Good morning everyone,

Song of the Day: No Reply By The Seatbelts

Last night's stream of Overwatch certainly was a tale of two half... because from when the stream started to about when I took my break, only won two matches, but then after the break we got on a row winning a fair bit of matches. I'm sure my tendency to take my foot off the petal when I see my team not focusing on what needs to be done doesn't help matters. But once PandaSweet joined,  things turned around in a big way, and as always thank you to Panda for being apart of the fun.

I picked up four Plays of the Game with Reinhardt, Orisa, Torbjourn and Symmetra, even picked up three achievements as well (I'll list those below). Other characters used were D.va, Moira, Ashe, Ana, Brigitte, and Doomfist.

Overwatch 2 Achievements

  • Armor Up!: Absorb 500 damage with Torbjörn's Overload without dying in Quick or Competitive Play.
  • Ice Blocked: Block 1000 damage with a single use of Mei's Ice Wall in Quick or Competitive Play.
  • Terrable Terrable Damage: Kill 3 enemies with a single use of Orisa's Terra Surge in Quick or Competitive Play.

Now something that does bug me is that when Cross-Play and Cross-Progression was introduced into Overwatch 2, it didn't sync up achievements already earned from the PC side with their Console variants. Goes to show how half-assed Bizzard can be doing things.

Also reversed how I did my Spotify audio set up last night so that I could listen to music while playing and not have the ear bud in my left ear. And thanks to Panda being able to double check, how I set it up meant that the mic couldn't pick up the music. Awesome!

On tonight's stream, we shall return to Agents of Mayhem with the goal being on getting Franchise Force to level 20, completing the second stories for the agents we unlocked and then doing the next big story mission.

For the raid we dropped in on TokuSHOUTsu during the Jetman marathon over at twitch.tv/tokushoutsu

So I went ahead and made a video going through one box of 45s (7 inch Vinyl Records) and it clocked in at over 2 hours because at the same time I was looking up every single song on Spotify.... while I did find 286 songs, 32 were not listed at all. I recorded a video for YouTube going through this process which will be posted in its entirty in a few weeks, but the Playlist can be found at https://open.spotify.com/playlist/3lfhkLW4AcfSol7opsWQUA?si=6b02ef1405564117

Got some writing done yesterday on two projects, first got the entire intro and set up for the latest Dragon Ball commission written, just need to do the action sequence and is about 30% complete. The other story, an original idea based on the All That reunion later this year, is about 60% completed.

And on that note we'll see you later over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

A Saturday Of Variety

Good morning everyone,

Song of the Day: Good Lovin' by The Young Rascals

To say that Daylight Savings Time has already screwed with me is an understatement... I hate the switching of clocks for some bullshit reason that was already disproven scientifically!

Last night's stream ended up having a bit of a variety with it, starting with Elder Scrolls Online. Managing to close out a couple of quests started a few weeks ago. Big thank you to LvStrkR for being apart of the fun on this, but sadly, they weren't feeling well. Hope they feel better soon.

So instead of continuing ESO, I switched over to Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, working on the 'campaign' a bit, maxed out Ulala, unlocked Shadow The Hedgehog and Ryse... and really struggled on some things that I thought would be easy. Did get one achievement during it

Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed Achievements

  • Sonic Drift: Did a 10 second Drift as Sonic

We closed out the night playing some Smite, getting in matches as Aphrodite, Artemis and Athena, winning 2 and losing 2. Certainly rain into a fair amount of trolls with people backing out of matches, leaving during the match or staying in the spawn.

Of course with it being Sunday, that means tonight's stream will be focused on Overwatch 2, voice chat will again be in the Discord!

Thank you to Kalenal for the raid following their stream of Final Fantasy XIV over at twitch.tv/kalenal

For the raid we dropped in on GGVexy who was playing Sun Haven over at twitch.tv/ggvexy

Something that pissed me off was people complaining about visual markers in games, sorry buttercup, but not all of us want to 'engaged' with a game on some deeper level. Visual markers are a great way to indicate where something might be hidden or where to go.

Spoke with my brother yesterday, and more than likely there will be a Saturday stream where I start a lot earlier than normal and end earlier because we'll be taking a trip up to North Jersey to visit some family up there, and it's a two hour drive there... and a two hour drive back.

Didn't do any writing yesterday, as Friday night's stream kicked my ass... that's what I get for seeing an opportunity to finish a game and going for it without realizing how long somethings might end up being!

And on that note we'll see you later over on twitch.tv/fredcasden

Final Fantasy VII Remake is Finished

Good afternoon everyone,

Song of the Day: Love Potion #9 by The Coasters

Work yesterday was good, got two complete interviews done, and nearly had a third, but the respondent had to go. But hey, I felt productive and I'm happy about that.

Last night's stream of Final Fantasy VII Remake went over seven hours because we played from Chapter 15 all the way through to the end of the game. And boy did they add a ton of extra padding to the game to draw things out a bit to ensure some iconic moments from the original version of Final Fantasy VII was represented. And let me tell you that padding certainly felt real during the Expressway escape sequence in, there was little reason for it to be as long as it was.

Something that did occur to me, particularly in the final boss fights in Chapter 18 against Sephiroth is that the mechanics of Final Fantasy VII Remake is very much influenced by Kingdom Hearts. There were a handful of battles I found difficult to get a read on what I had to do, but the Sephiroth fight was text book Kingdom Hearts.

I do love the fact that the finishing hit was Sephiroth being squashed by a the Fat Chocobo summon.

Now would I play this again... probably not, and my only real excuse to revisit it on stream would be to eventually get a PS5 in order to play the Intergrade story.

Question now becomes what do I play next on the PS4, I do have plenty of options in terms of games that are exclusive to it. I'll have to mull it over for a few days before making up my mind. Contenders include Spider-Man, Horizon Zero Dawn and Ghosts of Tsushima

Final Fantasy VII Remake (PS4) Trophies

  • The Pizza in the Sky: Complete Chapter 15.
  • No Appointment Needed: Complete Chapter 16.
  • Emerging from Chaos: Complete Chapter 17.
  • Destiny's Crossroads: Complete Chapter 18.

Thank to Oldish22 for the raid following their stream of Last Epoch over on twitch.tv/oldish22

For the raid we dropped in on MissCammi316 as they were playing Smite over on twitch.tv/MissCammi316

The plan for tonight's stream is more Elder Scrolls Online, continuing the various quests that were picked up and just roaming around while being completely lost on how to easily navigate from point A to point B. However this is a possibility my brother could be dropping by as well to join in for some local co-op gaming.

This week's Fitness Boxing: Fist of the North Star Stats are as follows

  • Punches Thrown: 7,861
  • Estimated Calorie Burn: 3120.82 kcal
  • Fitness Age: 20
  • 29% of Achievements Unlocked

Did not start on the next commission request, but I am getting some ideas for it since it's based on Dragon Ball Z when Vegeta and Trunks are in the hyperbolic time chamber. Trunks does strike me as the one to take whatever's given in that scenario.

And on that note we'll see you later tonight over on twitch.tv/fredcasden!

Two Successful Escapes In One Night of Hades?! WOO!

Good morning everyone,

Song of the Day: Stagger Lee By Wilson Pickett

Work yesterday was surprisingly good, completing four interviews... granted three were due to me coming across three incomplete interviews and getting the the respondents to finish them.

Actually 'cooked'... and by 'cooked' I mean found some things I could combine to make a meal. Needless to say I can burn water, but I got to do what I got to do in that record.

Last night's stream of Hades was incredible, for one we made it to the Hades fight in every single run we attempt, two we found out the hard way we could fight Charon... and three, we had two successful escapes, one with the fists and the other with the bow. With the fists, it was my second escape with it, but I did it faster than my first attempt. With the bow... being the first time I did it with that weapon, I got lucky because it was that run I ended up having that extra fight against Charon. Like dude, that was butt tightening, let me tell ya!

Hades Achievements

  • To Charon's Credit: Earn a Loyalty Card

For the raid we dropped in on sweetlindir while they were playing Smite over on twitch.tv/sweetlindir!

Tonight's stream, we're back to Final Fantasy VII Remake, picking up in Chapter 15. It'll be interesting to see how long this chapter takes and if there are any side quests. Would like to pick up more than just a chapter complete achievement.

Did a small amount of prompt writing while I was working, which was a challenge, because it was just free writing. If I do enough of these I'll add them as something special for my subscirbstar followers.

Finished the commission request for a WWE story, and got one based on Dragon Ball to bet set during the time Vegeta and Trunks were in the Room of Spirit & Time. Should be an interesting challenge to write that.

I'm going to put my Fantasy Baseball team together the week before Opening day. Because I'd like to know who I draft will actually be available to start!

Filmed the third 'episode' of going through my DVD collection last night, and boy does that have some weird films in. I can easily blame my father for many of the movies I have.

And on that note we'll see you later over on twitch.tv/fredcasden!

We finished a 2nd campaign of Gears of War 2

Good morning everyone,

Song of the Day: Expressway (To Your Heart) by The Soul Survivors

Work was pretty solid yesterday, got two interviews done right away so that carried my mood the whole time.

My first experience with Instacart was pretty good, the delivery was on time and was able to get a refund on what items they couldn't find.

Last night's stream opened with Fall Guys, and we made it to the final show twice. We were joined by PandaSweet for joining in a lot of the shows we played. There were some really wonky moments at times where I didn't do as well as I normally would in certain events.

We also played and finished Gears of War 2 last night, big thanks to Iceman for being apart of the fun, and we had fewer deaths than the previous week. Picked up three achievements as well. Was again surprised at how under whelming the final boss of the game actually is, since all you do is aim the hammer of dawn at it three times.

That said, a big reason why we were playing Gears of War was because Iceman was not involved in every part of my original play through back in 2020, and we had FnDanteSavage tag in during a good part of Act 4. So this was a fun way to revisit the game and include him, not to mention making it a tougher experience by playing it on Normal difficulty.

Now looking ahead, next Wednesday will be an entire Fall Guys stream since Iceman and I aren't completely sure at what games that have on-line co-op we both have.

For tonight's stream we're going to play Hades some more, hopefully we can get another successful escape this.

On a side note: I over compensated on the audio fix as the games were a lot louder than me during the stream! I shall make more adjustments before tonight's stream

 Gears of War 2 Achievements

  • Organ Grinder: Killed 30 enemies with your Mulcher turret
  • Takes a Licking: Bashed 30 Tickers
  • Guerilla Tactician: Completed all campaign acts on Normal Difficulty

For the raid we dropped in on x9abenonymous9x who was playing Hogwarts Legacy over at twitch.tv/x9abenonymous9x

I am surprised that that part of the VOD for my play through of My Little Pony: A Maretime Bay Adventure has over 1800 views. Well looks like I will play that game again for sure this year!

Didn't do any writing yesterday, but I did pre-record a new Tier List video for a couple of weeks down the line. The subject is villains of Batman the Animated series, and I just know that people will be shocked at who is and isn't in the S-Tier.

So on that note we'll see you later over on twitch.tv/fredcasden
